【摘要】：物流管理是企業(yè)價值鏈中不可或缺的重要一環(huán)，在現(xiàn)今經(jīng)濟全球一體化的背景下更是跨國公司無國界經(jīng)營的必要保障和重要手段。確定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的物流戰(zhàn)略，并能有效實施，才能在復雜和變化的外部環(huán)境中合理控制企業(yè)物流成本，并提高企業(yè)的物流服務水平和市場競爭力。本文以全球最大的無源電子元件商T公司為例，分析探討在波動的全球經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下，，T公司通過與第三方物流合作，外包其倉儲和運輸操作，剝離物流運作中需要大量人力的操作交由第三方管理，保留專業(yè)人才作為管理控制團隊；并通過運用先進的物流信息系統(tǒng)來管控第三方物流，使其服務水平達到T公司要求。在此戰(zhàn)略框架下，T公司物流操作能更靈活地應對在不確定環(huán)境下公司業(yè)務的波動，物流部門則能更多關注于物流布局的調整和流程優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Logistics management is an indispensable part of the enterprise ' s value chain . In the background of global integration of economy , it is the necessary guarantee and important means for multinational corporations to operate without borders . In this paper , the logistics strategy suitable for the development of enterprises is determined , and the logistics service level and market competitiveness of enterprises can be reasonably controlled in the complicated and changing external environment .
By using the advanced logistics information system to control the third party logistics , the service level of the company can meet the requirements of T company . Under the strategic framework , the logistics operation of the T company can more flexibly deal with the fluctuation of the company ' s business in uncertain environment , and the logistics department can pay more attention to the adjustment of the logistics layout and the process optimization .
