JF公司供應(yīng)鏈模式下采購管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,在經(jīng)歷了全球金融風(fēng)暴之后,國際環(huán)境瞬息萬變,,國內(nèi)外貿(mào)公司面臨著來自人民幣升值,國內(nèi)加工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)換代帶來的壓力,加速資源整合,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化的采購供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),成為每個(gè)外貿(mào)公司思考和探索的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。當(dāng)前在華采購的國外公司根據(jù)自身供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展的需要,對(duì)國內(nèi)的采購代理外貿(mào)商提出了新的要求,國內(nèi)外貿(mào)企業(yè)對(duì)自身的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整。JF公司作為一家經(jīng)營超過十年的典型的外貿(mào)采購代理公司,在新形勢(shì)下,能否選擇并建立起一個(gè)優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊(duì);能否有效管理供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊(duì);能否保障信息在供應(yīng)鏈體系中快速高質(zhì)量的傳遞;能否使庫存高速低成本的周轉(zhuǎn),是JF公司快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng),保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。 本文使用規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合,定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合以及案例分析的研究方法進(jìn)行論證。首先通過對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈及相關(guān)理論的闡述和國內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)的介紹,奠定本文的理論基礎(chǔ);然后,對(duì)JF公司的采購供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。通過對(duì)其采購供應(yīng)鏈中供應(yīng)商選擇、供應(yīng)商管理、信息管理和庫存管理分析,明確該企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈存在的具體問題。 本文旨在針對(duì)JF公司采購供應(yīng)鏈存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化方法:對(duì)于供應(yīng)商管理,本文提出在建立供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià);建立相應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商業(yè)績考核指標(biāo),優(yōu)化JF公司供應(yīng)商管理;對(duì)于信息管理,本文提出從建立信用制度,提高信息的共享程度,避免信息失真三方面入手,優(yōu)化JF公司信息管理;對(duì)于采購庫存管理,本文采用ABC庫存分類管理法對(duì)JF公司的庫存物資進(jìn)行分類,并針對(duì)這三類庫存物資提出相應(yīng)的采購訂購策略。 本文在提出上述采購供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化措施的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出了階段性實(shí)施方案供JF公司作為參考加以執(zhí)行,達(dá)到真正改善其采購供應(yīng)鏈的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, after the global financial turmoil, the international environment is changing rapidly. Domestic and foreign trade companies are facing pressure from the appreciation of the RMB, the transformation of domestic processing enterprises and the upgrading of industries, and accelerate the integration of resources. It is urgent for every foreign trade company to construct a purchasing supply chain system that adapts to market changes. According to the needs of their own supply chain development, foreign companies currently purchasing in China have put forward new requirements for domestic procurement agents and foreign trade dealers. Domestic foreign trade enterprises should adjust their supply chain system accordingly. JF company, as a typical foreign trade purchasing agency with more than ten years' operation, can choose and establish a high-quality supplier team under the new situation; It is the key for JF company to respond to the market quickly and maintain the competitiveness of JF company, whether it can manage the supplier team effectively, guarantee the fast and high quality transmission of information in the supply chain system, and can make the stock turnover with high speed and low cost. This paper uses the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, as well as the case study method to demonstrate. Firstly, the theoretical basis of this paper is established by expounding the supply chain and related theories and introducing the research trends at home and abroad. Then, the present situation of the purchasing supply chain of JF Company is analyzed. Through the analysis of supplier selection, supplier management, information management and inventory management in the purchasing supply chain, the specific problems in the supply chain of this enterprise are clarified. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the optimization method in view of the problems existing in the purchasing supply chain of JF Company: for supplier management, this paper proposes to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the supplier on the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of supplier selection; To establish the corresponding supplier performance evaluation index and optimize the supplier management of JF Company, this paper puts forward to optimize the information management of JF Company from three aspects: establishing credit system, improving the degree of information sharing and avoiding information distortion. For purchasing inventory management, this paper uses ABC inventory classification management method to classify the inventory of JF Company, and puts forward the corresponding purchasing and ordering strategy for these three kinds of inventory. On the basis of the above measures of purchasing supply chain optimization, this paper puts forward a phased implementation scheme for JF Company to carry out as reference, so as to achieve the goal of improving its purchasing supply chain.
