【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷深入、以及房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展，我國電梯行業(yè)正處于一個(gè)高速發(fā)展期，也因此涌現(xiàn)出了一大批電梯維保企業(yè)。然而，，電梯市場規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，電梯數(shù)量的急劇膨脹，電梯維保工作量也越來越大，電梯維保企業(yè)的企業(yè)管理問題日益嚴(yán)峻。如何克服弊端謀求生存、發(fā)展變得尤為重要。流程是近幾年流行起來的，在我國企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用也越來越多，其效果也得到普遍認(rèn)可。因此，我國電梯維保企業(yè)急需開展高效的流程管理，以解決目前的企業(yè)管理問題。 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和需求日漸豐富，在對(duì)此進(jìn)行了研究之后，本文針對(duì)性的分析了我國電梯維保服務(wù)企業(yè)目前存在的問題、對(duì)流程管理的應(yīng)用情況及效果。然后，介紹了一種新穎的企業(yè)管理理念—約束理論。筆者在之前仔細(xì)研究了一本名為《用約束理論構(gòu)建精益供應(yīng)鏈》的書，通過對(duì)該書的研究，對(duì)約束理論有了一個(gè)全新的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解，本文意將該理論應(yīng)用于此，其結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 這一部分是文章的緒論，該部分就文章的選題背景、研究意義、理論綜述、主要內(nèi)容、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡要的概況；第二部分是文章研究所需要的理論基礎(chǔ)，即約束理論及流程管理思想。該部分就這兩個(gè)理論的提出、發(fā)展及意義等進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的闡述，為該論文的繼續(xù)研究奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分首先介紹了我國電梯維保企業(yè)的運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀，其核心內(nèi)容是筆者的一次調(diào)查研究，然后通過一定的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法，最后得出的相應(yīng)的結(jié)論；第四部分是理論總結(jié)部分，將之前的研究進(jìn)行了理論上的升華，其文章的主要研究課題成為了本部分討論的主要對(duì)象，TOC思想及方法在該部分中得到了較好的體現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用；第五部分通過筆者在一電梯維保企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，將約束理論很好的用在了該企業(yè)的流程管理中，為本文的理論研究提供了可參考的案例分析；最后一部分是文章的結(jié)論和展望，通過對(duì)該課題的深入研究，最后進(jìn)行了簡要總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the deepening of urbanization and the development of the real estate industry, the elevator industry in China is in a high speed development period, and a large number of elevator maintenance enterprises have emerged. However, the scale of the elevator market is expanding, the number of elevators is expanding rapidly, and the workload of the elevator maintenance is becoming more and more large. The problem of enterprise management is becoming more and more serious. How to overcome the disadvantages to survive and develop becomes more and more important. The process is popular in recent years, more and more applications are used in our enterprises and its effect is universally recognized. Therefore, the elevator maintenance enterprises in our country need to carry out efficient process management in order to solve the present enterprises. Business management issues.
With the progress and demand of the society, modern enterprise management theory is becoming more and more abundant. After studying this, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the elevator maintenance service enterprises in our country, the application and effect of the process management. Then, it introduces a new concept of enterprise management - constraint theory. The author is before the author. A book named "lean supply chain" called "use of constraint theory" is carefully studied. Through the study of this book, a new understanding and understanding of the theory of constraint is made. This paper applies the theory to this theory, and its structure is as follows:
This part is the introduction of the article, which is a brief introduction to the background of the topic, the significance, the theoretical summary, the main content, the research method and the innovation point; the second part is the theoretical basis needed by the research, namely, the theory of constraints and the thought of process management. The part is about the development and significance of the two theories. The third part first introduces the operation status of the elevator maintenance enterprise in China, its core content is the author's investigation and research, and then through a certain statistical analysis method, the most later corresponding conclusions; the fourth part is the theory. The summary part, the previous research carried out the theoretical sublimation, the main research topic of the article has become the main object of this part of discussion, TOC ideas and methods in this part have been better embodied and applied; the fifth part through the author in an elevator maintenance enterprise practice experience, the constraint theory is very good used in this In the process management of the enterprise, it provides a reference case analysis for the theoretical research of this article; the last part is the conclusion and Prospect of the article, and a brief summary is made through the in-depth study of the subject.
