【摘要】:種子是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中最基本的生產(chǎn)資料,是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。在棉花生產(chǎn)過程中,棉種質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響著棉花效益的高低。但近幾年來,,在利益的驅(qū)使下坑農(nóng)害農(nóng)的棉種問題時(shí)有發(fā)生。面對(duì)層出不窮的假冒偽劣種子等農(nóng)資投訴案件,為保證農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民增收、維護(hù)農(nóng)民的合法權(quán)益,急需研發(fā)建立一種系統(tǒng)用來規(guī)范制種企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)行為,凈化種子市場(chǎng),保護(hù)農(nóng)民的合法權(quán)益。棉種質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)是控制棉花種子產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全行之有效的手段。棉種質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)調(diào)棉種的唯一標(biāo)識(shí)和整個(gè)過程的追蹤,對(duì)實(shí)施可追溯系統(tǒng)的棉種,實(shí)行質(zhì)量控制方法對(duì)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈上的各個(gè)信息進(jìn)行跟蹤與追溯,從而保證棉種的質(zhì)量。 本文從棉種的質(zhì)量安全出發(fā),以棉種作為溯源研究對(duì)象,利用信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等多學(xué)科的知識(shí),采用無線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)(RFID)與新一代的EAN/UPC編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相結(jié)合,在中國(guó)物品編碼中心分配的GTIN編碼基礎(chǔ)上,制定了棉種產(chǎn)品的溯源編碼。通過分析棉種在種植、收獲、加工、物流運(yùn)輸和銷售等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)具體特點(diǎn)以及無線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)采用電子標(biāo)簽作為棉種質(zhì)量安全信息的載體,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在棉種的生產(chǎn)、加工、運(yùn)輸和銷售的整個(gè)過程中進(jìn)行管理,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)棉種質(zhì)量的嚴(yán)格控制。本課題采取理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法研究基于無線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)的棉種質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)。 (1)本文收集、整理并分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)的研究成果和一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)溯源系統(tǒng)的具體特點(diǎn),確定了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和技術(shù)路線。 (2)根據(jù)新疆棉種的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的特點(diǎn),對(duì)棉種從種植、收獲、加工、物流運(yùn)輸和銷售各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的信息進(jìn)行采集,在分析棉種產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各階段安全隱患的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的與物品安全相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī)和規(guī)范,篩選和確定了棉種產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各個(gè)階段的關(guān)鍵過程溯源指標(biāo)和安全溯源指標(biāo),初步建立了棉種產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的溯源指標(biāo)體系,建立數(shù)字化檔案。 (3)結(jié)合EPC編碼體系對(duì)棉種產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行溯源階段性編碼,通過唯一的溯源編碼對(duì)棉種產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的信息進(jìn)行集中管理,確保了棉種產(chǎn)品在整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中信息的有效記錄和傳遞,同時(shí)保證了數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的具體特點(diǎn)確定了電子標(biāo)簽的讀取頻段,選擇了讀寫器的硬件設(shè)備,并進(jìn)行了聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試,硬件設(shè)備的技術(shù)指標(biāo)滿足要求。 (4)設(shè)計(jì)了棉種質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,系統(tǒng)包括種植收獲管理子系統(tǒng)、加工管理子系統(tǒng)、物流運(yùn)輸管理子系統(tǒng)和銷售信息查詢子系統(tǒng);赗FID技術(shù)的棉種質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了棉種安全信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),利用VB、ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和多媒體技術(shù)建立用戶界面,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了棉種質(zhì)量安全信息溯源的基本功能。
[Abstract]:Seed is the most basic means of production in agricultural production, is the basis of agricultural development. In the process of cotton production, the quality of cotton seed directly affects the benefit of cotton. However, in recent years, the problem of cotton seeds, which is caused by the interests of farmers and farmers, has occurred from time to time. In the face of endless complaints about fake and shoddy seeds and other agricultural materials, in order to ensure the increase of agricultural production, increase farmers' income, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, it is urgent to develop a system to standardize the production and operation of seed manufacturing enterprises and purify the seed market. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of peasants. Cotton seed quality and safety traceability system is an effective means to control cotton seed product quality and safety. The traceability system of cotton seed quality and safety emphasizes the unique marking of cotton seed and the tracing of the whole process, and carries out the quality control method to track and trace all the information in the whole supply chain for the cotton seed that implements the traceability system. So as to ensure the quality of cotton seeds. Based on the quality and safety of cotton seed, this paper takes cotton seed as a traceability research object, using multi-disciplinary knowledge such as information technology and network technology, and adopting radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to combine with the new generation of EAN/UPC coding standard. The traceability coding of cotton seed products was established on the basis of the GTIN code allocated by the China goods coding Center. By analyzing the specific characteristics of cotton seeds in planting, harvesting, processing, logistics, transportation and sales, as well as the application status of radio frequency identification technology, the electronic label is used as the carrier of cotton seed quality and safety information. The application of database technology and network technology to the management of cotton seed production, processing, transportation and marketing can realize the strict control of cotton seed quality. In this paper, a cotton seed quality and safety traceability system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) is studied by combining theory and practice. 1) this paper collects, collates and analyzes the research results and some successful experiences of the quality and safety traceability system at home and abroad. Combined with the specific characteristics of the traceability system in China, the research content and technical route of the paper are determined. According to the production environment of cotton seeds in Xinjiang and the characteristics of the whole industry chain, the information of cotton seed cultivation, harvesting, processing, logistics, transportation and marketing is collected, and on the basis of analyzing the hidden dangers of safety in each stage of the cotton seed industry chain, According to the existing standards, laws and regulations related to the safety of articles at home and abroad, the key process traceability index and safety traceability index of cotton seed industry chain are selected and determined, and the traceability index system of cotton seed industry chain is established preliminarily. Create digital files. In combination with EPC coding system, cotton seed products are traceable to stage coding, and the information in cotton seed industry chain is managed centrally through unique traceability coding, which ensures the effective recording and transmission of cotton seed product information in the whole industry chain. At the same time, the accuracy of the data is guaranteed. According to the specific characteristics of the industrial chain, the read frequency band of the electronic tag is determined, the hardware equipment of the reader is selected, and the joint adjustment test is carried out, and the technical specifications of the hardware equipment meet the requirements. 4) the structure and function of cotton seed quality and safety traceability system are designed. The system includes cropping and harvesting management subsystem, processing management subsystem, logistics transportation management subsystem and sales information inquiry subsystem. The cotton seed safety information database was constructed based on RFID technology. The basic function of cotton seed quality and safety information traceability was preliminarily realized by using VB access database and multimedia technology to establish the user interface.
