基于突發(fā)事件下的VMI供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)研究

【摘要】:全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的加速,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越白熱化,并且競爭方式由單個企業(yè)之間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)換成該企業(yè)所在的供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,供應(yīng)商管理庫(VMI)在此種環(huán)境下應(yīng)運而生。同時,由于世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的過快,也造成了突發(fā)事件發(fā)生的頻率越來越高,因此,在突發(fā)事件影響下,VMI下的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問題該如何解決,成為眾多企業(yè)和眾多學者所關(guān)注的焦點。首先,分析了市場需求因突發(fā)事件發(fā)生改變時,VMI下供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)問題。經(jīng)研究,單獨運用VMI模式的供應(yīng)鏈不能達到協(xié)調(diào),進而提出了剩余補貼契約,VMI下的供應(yīng)鏈運用該契約后可以達到協(xié)調(diào)。在突發(fā)事件引起市場需求發(fā)生變化后,改進后的契約可以使突發(fā)事件后的供應(yīng)鏈達到協(xié)調(diào)。同時研究表明,當市場需求在一定范圍內(nèi)變化時,最優(yōu)供貨量和最優(yōu)批發(fā)價不需要改變;當市場需求變化超過一定范圍時,最優(yōu)供貨量和最優(yōu)批發(fā)價需要作相應(yīng)的改變。其次,分析了當市場需求函數(shù)為乘積形式時,突發(fā)事件引起市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本同時變化對VMI下供應(yīng)鏈的影響。經(jīng)證明,剩余補貼契約仍然可以使供應(yīng)鏈達到協(xié)調(diào),并且改進后的該契約可以使突發(fā)事件后的供應(yīng)鏈達到協(xié)調(diào)。同時研究表明,當市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本在小范圍內(nèi)變化時,最優(yōu)供貨量不需要改變,但是最優(yōu)批發(fā)價會因為生產(chǎn)成本變化的影響,需要作出一定的改變。當市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本變化超過一定范圍時,最優(yōu)供貨量和最優(yōu)批發(fā)價都需要改變。另外,在市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本同時變化較大時,最優(yōu)批發(fā)價格受生產(chǎn)成本變化的影響更大,最優(yōu)供貨量受市場需求變化的影響更大。最后,分析了突發(fā)事件造成市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本同時發(fā)生改變時,在零售商努力因素下的VMI供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)情況。經(jīng)證明,剩余補貼契約不能使該種情況下的供應(yīng)鏈達到協(xié)調(diào),進而提出了雙向補貼契約,該契約可以使供應(yīng)鏈達到協(xié)調(diào)。研究表明,當市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本在小范圍內(nèi)變化時,供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)供貨量和最優(yōu)努力程度不用改變。當市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本變化超過一定范圍時,供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)供貨量和最優(yōu)努力程度都需要改變。同時研究還表明,當市場需求和生產(chǎn)成本變化到某一區(qū)域時,供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)努力程度會有明顯的突變現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of global economic development, competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense, and the mode of competition is changed from competition among individual enterprises to competition between the supply chains in which the enterprise is located. VMI (VMI) came into being in this environment. At the same time, because of the rapid development of the world economy, the frequency of unexpected events is becoming higher and higher. Therefore, how to solve the supply chain coordination problem under the influence of sudden events under the influence of VMI, Become the focus of attention of many enterprises and many scholars. Firstly, supply chain coordination under VMI is analyzed when market demand changes due to unexpected events. Through the research, the supply chain using VMI model alone can not achieve coordination, and then put forward that the supply chain under the residual subsidy contract can achieve coordination after the use of the contract. After the change of market demand caused by unexpected events, the improved contract can coordinate the supply chain after emergencies. At the same time, when the market demand changes within a certain range, the optimal supply volume and the optimal wholesale price do not need to change, and when the market demand changes beyond a certain range, the optimal supply volume and the optimal wholesale price need to be changed accordingly. Secondly, when the market demand function is the product form, the influence of the market demand and the production cost change on the supply chain under VMI is analyzed. It has been proved that the residual subsidy contract can still make the supply chain coordinate, and the improved contract can make the supply chain coordinate after the emergency. At the same time, the research shows that when the market demand and production cost change in a small range, the optimal quantity of supply does not need to change, but the optimal wholesale price will be affected by the change of production cost, so it needs to be changed to some extent. When market demand and production cost change beyond a certain range, the optimal supply quantity and optimal wholesale price need to be changed. In addition, when the market demand and production cost change greatly, the optimal wholesale price is more affected by the change of production cost, and the optimal supply quantity is more affected by the change of market demand. Finally, this paper analyzes the coordination of VMI supply chain under retailer effort when the market demand and production cost change simultaneously due to unexpected events. It has been proved that the residual subsidy contract can not coordinate the supply chain in this case, and then the two-way subsidy contract is put forward, which can make the supply chain coordinate. The research shows that when the market demand and production cost change in a small range, the optimal supply volume and optimal effort degree of the supply chain do not change. When the market demand and production cost change beyond a certain range, the optimal supply volume and optimal effort level of the supply chain need to be changed. At the same time, the research also shows that when the market demand and production cost change to a certain region, the optimal effort degree of supply chain will have obvious mutation phenomenon.
