【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化給汽車行業(yè)帶來了機遇，也帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。汽車行業(yè)為人們提供了方便，創(chuàng)造了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)財富，決定著我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈，但在其發(fā)展過程中給我們帶來了很多環(huán)境污染問題。同時，“節(jié)能、環(huán)�！币呀�(jīng)成為廣大汽車消費者關(guān)注和購買汽車產(chǎn)品的焦點。綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧囆袠I(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。本文基于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)及國家政策的背景分析，探討中國汽車制造業(yè)的出路，對汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行研究，建立汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈運作模型，通過實例研究，驗證模型的合理性。 本文在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了國內(nèi)外汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈的研究現(xiàn)狀，闡明汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈研究的必要性及意義，研究目的、內(nèi)容及研究的技術(shù)路線。結(jié)合綠色制造和綠色供應(yīng)鏈的概念，說明汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵及特征，在介紹SCOR模型的基礎(chǔ)上，將綠色供應(yīng)鏈、汽車供應(yīng)鏈特點與SCOR模型相結(jié)合，構(gòu)建出汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈運作模型，通過對計劃、采購、制造、配送、回收等綠色流程環(huán)節(jié)的的詳細(xì)描述，來分析汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈運作模型的定義層和配置層，在模型的分解層構(gòu)建汽車綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效評價指標(biāo)體系。通過對評價指標(biāo)體系和評價方法的深入探討和研究，選擇一家汽車制造企業(yè)，進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研，在收集指標(biāo)實際數(shù)據(jù)和指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，運用Matlab中的霍普菲爾德神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證分析，得出評價結(jié)果。最后，，總結(jié)全文，通過分析論文的不足之處，指出對今后研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization brings both opportunities and challenges to the automotive industry. The automobile industry provides convenience for people, creates huge economic wealth, determines the economic lifeline of our country, but brings us a lot of environmental pollution problems in the process of its development. At the same time, energy-saving and environmental protection have become the focus of automobile consumers. Green supply chain is the only way to develop automobile industry. Based on the background analysis of circular economy and national policy, this paper discusses the way out of China's automobile manufacturing industry, studies the automobile green supply chain, establishes the operation model of automobile green supply chain, and verifies the rationality of the model through the case study. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper analyzes the present research situation of automobile green supply chain at home and abroad, and expounds the necessity and significance, purpose, content and technical route of the research on automobile green supply chain. Combined with the concepts of green manufacturing and green supply chain, the connotation and characteristics of automobile green supply chain are explained. On the basis of introducing SCOR model, the characteristics of green supply chain and automobile supply chain are combined with SCOR model. The operation model of green supply chain of automobile is constructed. The definition layer and configuration layer of the operation model of green supply chain of automobile are analyzed through the detailed description of green flow links such as plan, purchase, manufacture, distribution, recovery, etc. The performance evaluation index system of automobile green supply chain is constructed in the decomposition layer of the model. Through the deep discussion and research on the evaluation index system and evaluation method, an automobile manufacturing enterprise is selected to carry on the field investigation, on the basis of collecting the actual index data and the index standard data, Using the Hopfield neural network algorithm in Matlab to analyze the data, the evaluation results are obtained. Finally, through the analysis of the shortcomings of the paper, the paper points out the future research prospects.
