基于RFID技術(shù)的郵政速遞物流跟蹤系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:射頻識別技術(shù)(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID),是一種利用射頻通信實(shí)現(xiàn)的非接觸式自動識別技術(shù),因具有非接觸識別、移動識別、多目標(biāo)識別及快速讀寫的特點(diǎn),市場潛力巨大。射頻識別技術(shù)從誕生以來就一直受到普遍的關(guān)注,技術(shù)的進(jìn)步更推動著物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理的發(fā)展。 目前我國郵政中的速遞業(yè)務(wù)主要還是采用條碼技術(shù),然而,在較短的作業(yè)時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行大批量的郵件勾挑核對,單靠逐件的掃描條碼,就難以滿足郵政速遞物流時(shí)限要求。條碼標(biāo)簽的應(yīng)用使許多人工處理環(huán)節(jié)難以被進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,信息采集手段的落后更阻礙了郵政速遞物流自動化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn);跅l碼技術(shù)的郵政速遞物流跟蹤系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)了諸多問題,已經(jīng)難以滿足郵政速遞物流對郵件進(jìn)行跟蹤管理的需要。由于射頻識別(RFID)技術(shù)有數(shù)據(jù)非接觸式讀取、無需人工干預(yù)、不局限于視線、能同時(shí)讀寫多個(gè)射頻標(biāo)簽、識別距離遠(yuǎn)、可以快速準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集輸入等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),為解決現(xiàn)有跟蹤問題提供了新的解決途徑。 通過實(shí)際調(diào)研,本文對郵政速遞物流信息化建設(shè)和業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入的探討,對郵政速遞物流由條形碼產(chǎn)生的跟蹤問題進(jìn)行了分析,對電子標(biāo)簽實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可能出現(xiàn)的動態(tài)識讀、多標(biāo)簽同時(shí)識讀、粘貼不同位置識讀等情況的識讀率進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,特別針對隨著標(biāo)簽數(shù)量增加識讀率下降的問題,提出了防碰撞解決方案。在測試研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了設(shè)備選型及配置,設(shè)計(jì)了郵政速遞物流跟蹤系統(tǒng)方案,包括系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)、軟件功能等。 基于RFID技術(shù)的郵政速遞物流跟蹤系統(tǒng)對郵件全程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤,監(jiān)控郵件傳遞過程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的情況,為郵政速遞物流跟蹤系統(tǒng)的建立探索了新的可靠模式,是郵政速遞物流提高管理服務(wù)水平,面對市場競爭的重要一步。
[Abstract]:Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology realized by radio frequency communication. Because of its characteristics of non-contact identification, mobile identification, multi-target identification and fast reading and writing, the market potential is great. Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been paid more and more attention since its birth, and the progress of technology has promoted the development of logistics management and supply chain management. At present, the courier service in our country mainly adopts bar code technology, however, it is difficult to meet the time limit requirement of postal express logistics by carrying out a large number of mail tick check in a short operation time, relying on the single piece by piece scanning bar code. The application of barcode label makes it difficult to optimize many manual processing links, and the backwardness of information collection means hinders the advancement of the automation process of postal express logistics. There are many problems in the post express logistics tracking system based on bar code technology, and it is difficult to meet the needs of postal express logistics tracking and management of mail. Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has many advantages, such as data non-contact reading, no manual intervention, not limited to sight, reading and writing multiple radio frequency tags at the same time, long identification distance, fast and accurate data acquisition and input, etc. It provides a new way to solve the existing tracking problem. Based on the actual investigation, this paper deeply discusses the information construction and business status of the postal express logistics, and analyzes the tracking problem of the post express logistics generated by the bar code. In this paper, the possible dynamic reading rate of electronic label in practical application, the recognition rate of multi-label reading at the same time, and the reading rate of affixing different positions are tested, and the test results are analyzed. In order to solve the problem that the recognition rate decreases with the increase of tag number, a collision-proof solution is proposed. On the basis of testing and research, the equipment selection and configuration are carried out, and the scheme of postal express logistics tracking system is designed, including system structure, application link, software function and so on. The post express logistics tracking system based on RFID technology carries on the real-time tracking to the entire mail, monitors the mail transmission each link situation, has explored the new reliable mode for the postal express logistics tracking system establishment. It is an important step to improve the management and service level of postal express logistics and to face the market competition.
