發(fā)電集團電煤供應鏈協(xié)調方法研究

【摘要】:在全球化市場競爭的大環(huán)境下,任何企業(yè)都不能脫離其行業(yè)中的上下游企業(yè)而獨立運行,市場競爭態(tài)勢已由原來的企業(yè)之間的競爭演變?yōu)楣⿷溨g的競爭,在這種背景下,供應鏈管理理論的應用和供應鏈成員合作程度日益加深。但是,若供應鏈上的成員都試圖使自己的利益最大化作為決策依據(jù),將不可避免地使整個供應鏈的總收益受到損害,即“雙重邊際化”效應。供應鏈契約是一種有效減少該損害的供應鏈協(xié)調方法,通過在供應鏈成員之間達成契約,彼此提供及時的信息,制定有效的激勵措施,保證各成員之間的協(xié)調,在使供應鏈整體收益增加的同時使各成員的收益也有所增加。 我國發(fā)電的主要形式將在未來很長一段時期內以火力發(fā)電為主,煤炭對于我國電力和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展將會越來越重要。而我國“煤電矛盾”之爭一直是近些年來備受關注的重點問題。電煤供應鏈的協(xié)調對于我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有很重要的影響。 本文以我國電煤供應鏈運作過程當中的協(xié)調問題為研究對象,從電煤供應鏈日常協(xié)調工作中出現(xiàn)的一些實際問題出發(fā),結合國外經(jīng)驗和中國國情,根據(jù)供應鏈管理的相關理論,采用理論分析與案例分析相結合、定性與定量分析相結合的研究方法,深入分析了我國電煤供應鏈的現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)存的問題。本文將電煤供應鏈簡化為由電煤供應商、煤炭儲運中心和發(fā)電廠三者構成的三級供應鏈,從協(xié)調機制的角度出發(fā),研究如何通過應用收益共享模型使電煤供應鏈的整體收益和電煤供應鏈成員的收益趨向于帕累托狀態(tài)。 本文研究電煤供應鏈協(xié)調運作機制的有關理論方法,對于促進電煤供應鏈中各主體的協(xié)同工作,實現(xiàn)提高企業(yè)績效,增強企業(yè)核心競爭力,降低電煤供應鏈成本的目標,為我國發(fā)電集團企業(yè)改革和實施電煤供應鏈管理提供理論和技術上的參考。
[Abstract]:In the global market competition environment, no enterprise can run independently from the upstream and downstream enterprises in its industry, and the market competition situation has changed from the competition among the original enterprises to the competition between the supply chain. The application of supply chain management theory and the cooperation degree of supply chain members are deepening day by day. However, if the members of the supply chain try to maximize their own interests as the basis for decision-making, the total revenue of the whole supply chain will inevitably be damaged, that is, the effect of "double marginalization". Supply chain contract is a kind of supply chain coordination method which can effectively reduce the damage. By making a contract between the members of the supply chain, providing each other with timely information and formulating effective incentives to ensure the coordination among the members, the supply chain contract is an effective way to reduce the damage. In the supply chain as a whole revenue increases, while the members of the income has also increased. The main forms of power generation in China will be dominated by thermal power generation in a long period of time in the future. Coal will be more and more important for the development of electricity and economy in China. In recent years, the contradiction of coal and electricity has been the focus of attention in China. The coordination of coal supply chain plays an important role in the economic development of our country. This paper takes the coordination problem in the operation of China's coal supply chain as the research object, starting from some practical problems in the daily coordination work of the power coal supply chain, combining the experience of foreign countries and the national conditions of China, according to the relevant theory of supply chain management. By combining theoretical analysis with case analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis, the present situation and existing problems of power coal supply chain in China are analyzed in depth. In this paper, the coal supply chain is simplified as a three-level supply chain composed of coal suppliers, coal storage and transportation centers and power plants. This paper studies how to apply the revenue-sharing model to make the whole profit of the coal-fired supply chain and the income of the members of the coal-fired supply chain tend to Pareto state. This paper studies the relevant theory and method of coordination operation mechanism of power coal supply chain, which can promote the cooperative work of all main bodies in power coal supply chain, realize the goal of improving enterprise performance, strengthening core competitiveness of enterprise, and reducing the cost of power coal supply chain. It provides a theoretical and technical reference for the reform and implementation of power supply chain management in China's power generation group.
