基于質(zhì)量安全的初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈契約研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的提高,人們?cè)絹碓阶⒅厣钯|(zhì)量,,越來越關(guān)注飲食安全。然而近幾年,國內(nèi)食品安全問題頻頻發(fā)生,其中不乏一些知名度較高的企業(yè),對(duì)社會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響,以至于出現(xiàn)了群眾對(duì)國內(nèi)食品的信任危機(jī)。為提高食品質(zhì)量,除了政府相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)加大監(jiān)管力度外,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)者和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通環(huán)節(jié)的其他參與者也應(yīng)積極合作。 初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品作為一般食品的源頭,其質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣直接影響到后續(xù)產(chǎn)成品的質(zhì)量,其重要性不言而喻。而供應(yīng)鏈契約作為商品流通中的一種合作模式,通過設(shè)定合理的契約條件,提供合適的信息與激勵(lì)措施,可以保證買賣雙方協(xié)調(diào),優(yōu)化績效。為此本文從初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的首次流通角度出發(fā),提出了基于質(zhì)量安全的初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈契約模型,通過選擇合理的契約模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提高的目的。 本文第一章介紹了我國存在的食品安全問題,論文的研究方法和意義及國內(nèi)外對(duì)于食品安全問題的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二章闡述了供應(yīng)鏈契約的相關(guān)概念和理論,其中供應(yīng)鏈契約包括批發(fā)價(jià)格契約、回購契約、收益共享契約、數(shù)量彈性契約和期權(quán)契約;第三章分析了我國初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀,包括初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的交易流通現(xiàn)狀和初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的政府監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀;第四章主要運(yùn)用層次分析法將初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量量化;第五章建立了基于質(zhì)量安全的初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈契約模型。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于由采購商和農(nóng)戶組成的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈,由農(nóng)戶、采購商和加工商組成的三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈,恰當(dāng)?shù)钠跫s可以起到提高初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全水平,增加供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)收益的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of economic strength, people pay more and more attention to quality of life and food safety. However, in recent years, food safety problems have occurred frequently in China, including some well-known enterprises, which have a serious negative impact on the society, so that there is a crisis of people's trust in domestic food. In order to improve the quality of food, the producers of agricultural products and other participants in the circulation of agricultural products should also cooperate actively in addition to the relevant government agencies to strengthen supervision. As the source of general food, the quality of primary agricultural products directly affects the quality of subsequent finished products, and its importance is self-evident. Supply chain contract, as a cooperation mode in commodity circulation, can ensure the coordination of buyers and sellers and optimize performance by setting reasonable contract conditions and providing appropriate information and incentives. Based on the first circulation of primary agricultural products, this paper puts forward a contract model of supply chain of primary agricultural products based on quality and safety, and realizes the purpose of improving the quality of primary agricultural products by choosing a reasonable contract model. The first chapter introduces the existing food safety problems in China, the research methods and significance of the paper and the current situation of food safety research at home and abroad, the second chapter describes the supply chain contract related concepts and theories. The supply chain contract includes wholesale price contract, repurchase contract, income sharing contract, quantity elasticity contract and option contract. Chapter three analyzes the current situation of primary agricultural products in China, including the production status of primary agricultural products. The fourth chapter mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the quality of primary agricultural products; the fifth chapter establishes the supply chain contract model of primary agricultural products based on quality and safety. It is found that for the secondary supply chain composed of buyers and farmers, and the three-level supply chain composed of farmers, buyers and processors, appropriate contracts can improve the quality of primary agricultural products and improve the level of safety of primary agricultural products. Increase the benefit of supply chain system.
