【摘要】：為找出建筑供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本的敏感性影響因素,利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)成本、承包方承建工程成本、建筑材料和設(shè)備物流成本以及分包方承建工程成本的因果關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。以大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,構(gòu)建了建筑供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本的SD模型。用Vensim軟件進(jìn)行仿真模擬,分析成本變化情況確定敏感性影響因素,依次為:單位訂購(gòu)成本、信息平臺(tái)的搭建、承包方企業(yè)專業(yè)能力、設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)專業(yè)能力、運(yùn)輸次數(shù)和溝通頻率。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the sensitive factors of the network cost of the construction supply chain, the causality of the design cost, the contractor's construction cost, the logistics cost of construction materials and equipment and the subcontractor's construction cost are analyzed by system dynamics. Taking large construction project as an example, the SD model of cost of construction supply chain network is constructed. The Vensim software is used to simulate and analyze the cost change to determine the sensitive influencing factors. The order is: unit order cost, information platform construction, contractor enterprise professional ability, design enterprise professional ability, transportation times and communication frequency.
