Q企業(yè)VMI模式實施體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,企業(yè)僅依靠自身的資源和力量已無法適應(yīng)變革的市場環(huán)境。因此,供應(yīng)鏈管理思想日益受到關(guān)注,管理好整條供應(yīng)鏈成了保證企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的措施之一。在此背景下,傳統(tǒng)庫存管理各自為政以及追求自身利益最大化等缺點逐漸暴露出來,使得企業(yè)面臨庫存積壓和成本增加的局面。供應(yīng)商管理庫存(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)作為一種新型的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理模式,改變了傳統(tǒng)庫存管理的運營模式,充分體現(xiàn)了供應(yīng)鏈集成化管理思想。本文主要研究目的在于針對Q企業(yè)庫存管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,構(gòu)建適用于Q企業(yè)VMI模式的實施體系,并提出相應(yīng)的實施保障措施進(jìn)一步保證其順利運行,從而改善Q企業(yè)現(xiàn)行庫存管理的不足。 首先,提出論文的選題背景和研究意義,通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)對供應(yīng)商管理庫存模式相關(guān)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并闡述相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,為下文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,介紹Q企業(yè)基本情況及供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),,并對企業(yè)庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)庫存管理所存在的問題;針對企業(yè)庫存管理存在問題,引入VMI模式,并運用SWOT分析法對企業(yè)實施VMI模式的現(xiàn)有條件進(jìn)行分析,為VMI模式的順利實施提供依據(jù)。 再次,以改善Q企業(yè)庫存管理問題為目的,遵循實施VMI的四個基本原則,從確立實施VMI模式目標(biāo)、明確實施范圍、VMI運作模式設(shè)計、VMI運行支撐、VMI績效評估等四個方面出發(fā)對Q企業(yè)VMI模式實施體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計,明確企業(yè)實施VMI模式的整體思路。 最后,提出全面的VMI模式實施保障措施,以克服實施過程中可能出現(xiàn)的障礙和難題,保證Q企業(yè)VMI模式的順利開展和高效運行。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises can not adapt to the changing market environment only by their own resources and strength. Therefore, the idea of supply chain management has been paid more and more attention, and the management of the whole supply chain has become one of the measures to ensure the enterprises to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage. In this context, the shortcomings of traditional inventory management are gradually exposed, such as self-interest maximization and so on, which makes enterprises face the situation of inventory backlog and cost increase. Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI) (Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI), as a new mode of supply chain inventory management, has changed the traditional operation mode of inventory management and fully embodied the idea of integrated supply chain management. The main purpose of this paper is to construct the implementation system of Q enterprise VMI model in view of the current situation and existing problems of Q enterprise inventory management, and put forward the corresponding implementation guarantee measures to further ensure its smooth operation. In order to improve Q enterprise's current inventory management deficiencies. Firstly, the background and significance of the thesis are put forward. Through consulting a large number of literatures, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of supplier management inventory model, and expounds the relevant basic theory, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Secondly, it introduces Q enterprise's basic situation and supply chain structure, analyzes the present situation of enterprise inventory management, points out the existing problems of enterprise inventory management at present, and introduces VMI mode to solve the existing problems of enterprise inventory management. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the existing conditions of implementing the VMI model in enterprises, which provides the basis for the smooth implementation of the VMI model. Thirdly, in order to improve the inventory management of Q enterprise, follow the four basic principles of implementing VMI, and establish the goal of implementing VMI mode. This paper defines the scope of implementation and the design of VMI-operation mode. It designs the implementation system of VMI mode in Q enterprise from four aspects, such as VMI-operation support and performance evaluation, and clarifies the overall thinking of implementing VMI mode in enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the comprehensive VMI mode implementation safeguard measures, in order to overcome the possible obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process, to ensure the smooth development and efficient operation of Q enterprise VMI mode.
