供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式與創(chuàng)新類型的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:在復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境中,企業(yè)僅靠自身力量難以維持生存和發(fā)展,需要與供應(yīng)鏈中伙伴企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作,獲取關(guān)鍵的資源和能力,共同應(yīng)對激烈的競爭。供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭成為當(dāng)前市場競爭的主要形式。為了提高供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力,供應(yīng)鏈中各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)共同努力實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同管理,通過持續(xù)創(chuàng)新滿足不斷變化的市場需求。盡管供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同對創(chuàng)新的促進(jìn)作用得到了學(xué)術(shù)界的普遍認(rèn)同,但在供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)踐中協(xié)同價值很少得到實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了進(jìn)一步深化對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的研究,本文把供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式分為協(xié)同交易管理、協(xié)同事件管理和協(xié)同流程管理,把創(chuàng)新分為利用式創(chuàng)新和探索式創(chuàng)新,探究不同的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式對創(chuàng)新類型選擇的影響,并以資產(chǎn)專用性作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,討論其對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式與創(chuàng)新類型之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。同時本文屬于高等學(xué)校博士學(xué)科點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)科研基金資助項(xiàng)目《基于供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的聯(lián)盟模式與創(chuàng)新類型關(guān)系研究》(批準(zhǔn)號:20110191110031)的一部分。 本文以供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新為研究對象,首先閱讀整理與本研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,形成初步研究框架,對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式、創(chuàng)新類型、資產(chǎn)專用性進(jìn)行維度分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了三者關(guān)系的研究假設(shè)和概念模型。依據(jù)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),同時結(jié)合本研究的需要,設(shè)計(jì)變量的測量指標(biāo)體系,,對小樣本調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性因子分析,根據(jù)因子分析結(jié)果對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行修改,形成大樣本問卷。采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和回歸分析對大樣本調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,檢驗(yàn)本文提出的研究假設(shè)和概念模型。 根據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,本文得出研究結(jié)論:①當(dāng)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式是協(xié)同交易管理時,傾向于選擇利用式創(chuàng)新,資產(chǎn)專用性對協(xié)同交易管理與利用式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用;②當(dāng)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式是協(xié)同事件管理時,傾向于選擇探索式創(chuàng)新,資產(chǎn)專用性對協(xié)同事件管理與探索式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系起負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用;③當(dāng)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式是協(xié)同流程管理時,傾向于選擇探索式創(chuàng)新,資產(chǎn)專用性對協(xié)同流程管理與探索式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。選擇與供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式相匹配的創(chuàng)新類型,可以促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈伙伴企業(yè)開展合作創(chuàng)新,根據(jù)這種匹配關(guān)系進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)膶S眯酝顿Y,可以控制機(jī)會主義風(fēng)險,提高伙伴企業(yè)間的相互依賴。綜合考慮供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方式、創(chuàng)新類型以及資產(chǎn)專用性的關(guān)系,有利于供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同下的縱向聯(lián)盟企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:In the complex and changeable market environment, it is difficult for enterprises to survive and develop on their own. It is necessary to cooperate with partners in the supply chain to obtain the key resources and capabilities to cope with the fierce competition. The competition between supply chain and supply chain has become the main form of market competition. In order to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain, the enterprises in the supply chain should make joint efforts to achieve collaborative management and meet the changing market demand through continuous innovation. Although the role of supply chain synergy in promoting innovation is generally recognized by the academic community, the value of synergy is rarely realized in the practice of supply chain management. In order to further deepen the research on supply chain collaborative innovation, this paper divides the supply chain collaborative mode into collaborative transaction management, collaborative event management and collaborative process management, and divides innovation into exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation. This paper probes into the influence of different supply chain collaboration modes on the choice of innovation types, and discusses its regulating effect on the relationship between supply chain collaborative modes and innovation types, taking asset specificity as a regulating variable. At the same time, this paper is a part of the project supported by the special research fund of doctorate in colleges and universities, "Research on the relationship between the Alliance Model and Innovation Type based on supply chain Cooperation" (approval No.: 20110191110031). In this paper, supply chain collaborative innovation is taken as the research object. First of all, we read and sort out the literature and materials related to this study, form a preliminary research framework, and analyze the supply chain collaborative mode, innovation type and asset specificity. On this basis, the research hypothesis and conceptual model of the three relations are put forward. According to the existing literature and the needs of this study, the variable measurement index system is designed, and the exploratory factor analysis of the small sample survey data is carried out. According to the result of factor analysis, the index system is modified to form a large sample questionnaire. The structural equation model and regression analysis are used to analyze the large sample survey data, and the research hypotheses and conceptual models proposed in this paper are tested. According to the results of empirical test, this paper draws the conclusion that when the cooperative mode of supply chain is collaborative transaction management, it tends to choose utilitarian innovation, and asset specificity plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between cooperative transaction management and utilization innovation. When supply chain collaborative mode is collaborative event management, it tends to choose exploratory innovation, and asset specificity plays a negative role in regulating the relationship between collaborative event management and exploratory innovation. It tends to choose exploratory innovation, and asset specificity plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between collaborative process management and exploratory innovation. Choosing the type of innovation that matches the cooperative mode of supply chain can promote the cooperative innovation of supply chain partner enterprises. According to this matching relationship, the appropriate special investment can be made, and the opportunistic risk can be controlled. Increasing interdependence among partner firms. Considering the relationship of supply chain cooperation mode, innovation type and asset specificity, it is beneficial to the vertical alliance enterprise cooperation innovation under supply chain coordination.
