基于質(zhì)量管理體系的玲瓏輪胎供應(yīng)商管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:近年以來,天然橡膠市場和成品輪胎市場的不確定性日益增加,由于輪胎生產(chǎn)制造的綠色要求、質(zhì)量要求、與美國歐盟等國的貿(mào)易摩擦等以及將輪胎理賠上升為國家強(qiáng)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等等內(nèi)外部因素,嚴(yán)重影響著國內(nèi)輪胎行業(yè)的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)輪胎企業(yè)必須在國際市場的競爭中樹立品牌優(yōu)勢,通過提高產(chǎn)品的性價(jià)比獲得客戶的忠誠。如何建立與上下游客戶的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,提高輪胎企業(yè)的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力是企業(yè)當(dāng)前不得不面臨的重要課題,,提升生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,供應(yīng)鏈管理被提到了重要高度,供應(yīng)商管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)提升市場競爭力和獲取成功的重要保證。當(dāng)前我國輪胎企業(yè)對于原材料供應(yīng)商的管理仍停留在粗放式的管理模式上,沒有科學(xué)合理的選擇評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因此無法對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行全面、合理、有效的管理,以滿足整個(gè)輪胎行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需求。所以,加強(qiáng)對供應(yīng)商的管理、提高產(chǎn)品一致性的研究顯得尤為重要。 基于此,本文在綜合前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對玲瓏輪胎公司的供應(yīng)商管理進(jìn)行了深入研究。研究主要運(yùn)用了案例分析和對比分析等方法,分析玲瓏輪胎公司的管理現(xiàn)狀以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并針對問題從供應(yīng)商選擇、評價(jià)、日常管理、業(yè)績提升、淘汰,采購原料及庫存、質(zhì)量等幾個(gè)方面制定了管理方案。然后進(jìn)一步對比企業(yè)在實(shí)施供應(yīng)商管理前后的交付業(yè)績變化,通過方案的實(shí)例研究和分析,對玲瓏輪胎公司未來的采購管理方式及發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了探討。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),將質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)用到供應(yīng)商管理和采購管理中,可以有效地改善玲瓏輪胎在管理上存在的一系列問題,并且這一應(yīng)用具有一定的普適性。因而本研究在豐富我國關(guān)于供應(yīng)商管理和采購管理的理論研究的同時(shí),解決了企業(yè)的管理實(shí)踐問題,具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the uncertainty of the natural rubber market and the finished tire market is increasing day by day. Due to the green requirements of tire production and manufacture, the quality requirements, Internal and external factors such as trade friction with the United States and the European Union and raising tire claims to national compulsory standards have seriously affected the development of domestic tire industry. Domestic tire enterprises must establish brand advantages in the competition in the international market. Gain customer loyalty by improving the price-performance ratio of the product. How to establish the strategic cooperation relationship with upstream and downstream customers and improve the anti-risk ability of tire enterprises is an important subject that enterprises have to face at present. To improve the production quality, supply chain management has been raised to an important level. Supplier management has become an important guarantee for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness and obtain success. At present, the management of raw material suppliers in tire enterprises in our country is still in the extensive management mode, and there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation standard, so it is impossible to manage the suppliers comprehensively, rationally and effectively. To meet the rapid development of the entire tire industry needs. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the management of suppliers and improve the consistency of products. Based on this, this paper studies the supplier management of Linglong Tire Company on the basis of previous research results. The research mainly uses the method of case analysis and contrast analysis to analyze the management situation of Linglong tire company in order to find out the problems, and to solve the problems from supplier selection, evaluation, daily management, performance improvement, elimination, purchasing raw materials and inventory. Quality and other aspects of the development of a management plan. Then the change of delivery performance before and after the implementation of supplier management is further compared. Through the case study and analysis of the scheme, the future purchasing management mode and development trend of Linglong tire company are discussed. It is found that applying quality management system to supplier management and purchasing management can effectively improve a series of problems existing in the management of Linglong tire, and this application has certain universality. Therefore, this study not only enriches the theoretical research on supplier management and procurement management in China, but also solves the problem of enterprise management practice, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
