【摘要】：高效的物流配送體系能夠加速企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的流通,促進企業(yè)的發(fā)展。在供應(yīng)鏈模式下,分析Y企業(yè)的物流配送存在的問題,主要集中在企業(yè)管理層缺乏現(xiàn)代物流配送管理理念、企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息孤島現(xiàn)象嚴重、物流配送模式單一且缺乏科學(xué)的選擇方法以及尚未和外部企業(yè)建立合作伙伴關(guān)系。針對Y企業(yè)上述問題,從供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源,設(shè)計了企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈體系。從企業(yè)內(nèi)外部集成、物流配送模式選擇及企業(yè)物流信息平臺的構(gòu)建三個方面提出了企業(yè)物流配送體系的優(yōu)化措施。
[Abstract]:Efficient logistics distribution system can accelerate the circulation of enterprise products and promote the development of enterprises. Under the mode of supply chain, this paper analyzes the problems existing in logistics distribution of Y enterprise, which mainly focus on the lack of modern logistics and distribution management concept by the management of the enterprise, and the phenomenon of information isolated island in the enterprise is serious. Logistics distribution model is single and lack of scientific selection methods and has not yet established a partnership with external enterprises. Aiming at the above problems, the supply chain system of Y enterprise is designed by integrating internal and external resources from the point of view of supply chain management. The optimization measures of enterprise logistics distribution system are put forward from three aspects: internal and external integration, choice of logistics distribution mode and construction of enterprise logistics information platform.
