天津一汽豐田零部件采購(gòu)物流輸入過(guò)程改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著汽車銷售價(jià)格的不斷下降和產(chǎn)能的不斷增加,汽車廠商不得不面臨巨大的成本挑戰(zhàn),僅僅靠生產(chǎn)工藝的改進(jìn)、不斷開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品的投入、廉價(jià)的勞動(dòng)力已無(wú)法拉開(kāi)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手之間的距離,企業(yè)開(kāi)始把目光轉(zhuǎn)向物流這一“第三利潤(rùn)源”上來(lái)。豐田式物流在整個(gè)物流供應(yīng)鏈研究發(fā)展過(guò)程中占有非常重要的地位,豐田零部件取入模式作為一種先進(jìn)的物流模式成為專家研究和企業(yè)效仿的對(duì)象。 本文重點(diǎn)研究分析了一汽豐田的國(guó)內(nèi)采購(gòu)物流輸入過(guò)程中的工廠內(nèi)物流和工廠外物流,根據(jù)工廠的實(shí)際情況對(duì)豐田式物流方式進(jìn)行物流方面的改善。工廠內(nèi)物流,通過(guò)零部件直接供給導(dǎo)入,降低工廠內(nèi)物流面積,節(jié)省物流區(qū)域作業(yè)人員。工廠外物流,通過(guò)物流卡車的車頭、車身分離運(yùn)用(甩掛),,訂單前搭兩個(gè)改善項(xiàng)目,既滿足了豐田式的物流運(yùn)用,同時(shí)通過(guò)降低了物流車輛的投入數(shù)量來(lái)降低零部件采購(gòu)物流的成本。豐田式的零部件采購(gòu)物流模式特點(diǎn)包括:平準(zhǔn)化、JIT、“0”庫(kù)存等,所有改善項(xiàng)目的前提必須要遵循以上的原則。 天津一汽豐田對(duì)豐田式零部件采購(gòu)物流的改善具有可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但本文認(rèn)為也有繼續(xù)改進(jìn)的空間,特別是在供應(yīng)鏈中的供應(yīng)商管理這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),以及一汽豐田工廠內(nèi)物流運(yùn)用以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員作業(yè)管理。最后本文指出,如果采用豐田式零部件采購(gòu)物流的方式,不僅僅要堅(jiān)持其內(nèi)在原則、精髓,更要根據(jù)自己企業(yè)本身的特點(diǎn)制定適合的物流方式,這樣才能夠取得事半功倍的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous decline of sales price and the continuous increase of production capacity, automobile manufacturers have to face a huge cost challenge, relying solely on the improvement of production technology and the constant investment in developing new products. Cheap labor is no longer able to distance itself from competitors, and companies are turning to logistics as a "third source of profit". Toyota logistics plays a very important role in the research and development of the whole logistics supply chain. As an advanced logistics model, Toyota parts take-in model has become the object of expert research and enterprise emulation. This paper focuses on the analysis of FAW Toyota's internal and external logistics in the process of domestic procurement logistics input process, according to the actual situation of the factory to improve the logistics of Toyota logistics. Logistics in the factory, through the direct supply of parts to import, reduce the area of logistics in the factory, save logistics area operators. Outside the factory logistics, through the logistics truck's front, the body separate use (jettisoning and hanging, order before building two improvement projects, both to meet the Toyota type of logistics application, At the same time, by reducing the amount of logistics vehicle input to reduce the cost of parts procurement logistics. The characteristics of Toyota type parts purchasing logistics model include: leveling JITand "0" inventory, etc. The premise of all improvement projects must follow the above principles. FAW Toyota has some experience to improve the procurement logistics of Toyota parts, but this paper thinks that there is room for further improvement, especially in the supplier management in the supply chain. And FAW Toyota factory logistics application and site personnel operation management. Finally, this paper points out that if we adopt the way of procurement logistics of Toyota type parts, we should not only adhere to its intrinsic principle and essence, but also formulate suitable logistics mode according to the characteristics of our own enterprises. Only in this way can we achieve twice the result with half the effort.
