【摘要】：論文以大規(guī)模定制供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作機(jī)制的問題為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn)，針對(duì)該機(jī)制從供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同調(diào)度和供應(yīng)鏈的收益分配兩個(gè)方面展開研究。在研究的過程中，應(yīng)用了運(yùn)籌學(xué)、多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃、收益共享契約理論、優(yōu)化理論和算法對(duì)所研究的問題進(jìn)行了建模和求解，深入的對(duì)大規(guī)模定制供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同調(diào)度和收益分配進(jìn)行了分析，在理論上建立起了大規(guī)模定制供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作機(jī)制的基本框架。 本研究的主要結(jié)論、理論貢獻(xiàn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括： （1）供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作機(jī)制中生產(chǎn)與配送批量協(xié)同調(diào)度。本文提出批量協(xié)同調(diào)度模型，體現(xiàn)了本文大規(guī)模定制供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同調(diào)度研究的系統(tǒng)性，并且能夠滿足供應(yīng)鏈的快速響應(yīng)需求，致力于供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作層次細(xì)微問題的研究，增強(qiáng)了供應(yīng)鏈研究的深度。 （2）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)與配送的協(xié)同模型。綜合考慮了空余生產(chǎn)能力、成本和時(shí)間等因素，尤其將運(yùn)輸能力、運(yùn)輸成本和運(yùn)輸時(shí)間納入到模型當(dāng)中，改變了以往將生產(chǎn)成本作為單一調(diào)度目標(biāo)的建模。在該模型的基礎(chǔ)之上，建立零部件供應(yīng)商與核心企業(yè)、零部件供應(yīng)商與配送企業(yè)之間的最佳協(xié)同調(diào)度模型。 （3）定制化生產(chǎn)與配送的協(xié)同模型。通過分析核心企業(yè)與配送中心之間的調(diào)度協(xié)同，，建立多個(gè)核心企業(yè)對(duì)多個(gè)客戶的批量協(xié)同調(diào)度模型。通過對(duì)時(shí)間相關(guān)的動(dòng)態(tài)變動(dòng)性分析，研究配送過程對(duì)時(shí)間目標(biāo)和成本目標(biāo)的影響，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)核心企業(yè)的裝配制造和產(chǎn)品配送總成本最低。設(shè)計(jì)定制生產(chǎn)模式下生產(chǎn)與配送協(xié)同調(diào)度模型優(yōu)化算法，通過改進(jìn)Hopfield神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和粒子群算法簡(jiǎn)化協(xié)同模型求解復(fù)雜度。 （4）基于收益共享契約的供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娣峙淠Ｐ�。本文通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)收益共享契約的雙贏條件進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)展，構(gòu)建了基于收益增長(zhǎng)率的供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找婀蚕砥跫s的數(shù)學(xué)模型。在對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的收益研究中，引入了收益共享契約的利潤(rùn)分配因子，建立鏈上節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)個(gè)體收益最優(yōu)的決策模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the operation mechanism of mass customization supply chain is taken as the starting point, and the mechanism is studied from two aspects: the cooperative scheduling of supply chain and the profit distribution of supply chain. In the course of the research, the theory of operational research, multi-objective programming, revenue sharing contract, optimization theory and algorithm are applied to model and solve the problems. In this paper, the cooperative scheduling and profit distribution of the mass customization supply chain are analyzed, and the basic framework of the operation mechanism of the mass customization supply chain is established theoretically. The main conclusions, theoretical contributions and innovations of this study include: 1) batch scheduling of production and distribution in supply chain operation mechanism. In this paper, a batch collaborative scheduling model is proposed, which embodies the systematicness of collaborative scheduling research of mass customization supply chain, and can meet the rapid response demand of supply chain, and devotes to the research of the subtle problems of supply chain operation level. Enhanced the depth of supply chain research. 2) Collaborative model of standardized production and distribution. The factors such as spare production capacity, cost and time are considered synthetically, especially transportation capacity, transportation cost and transportation time are incorporated into the model, which changes the previous modeling of production cost as a single scheduling objective. On the basis of this model, the optimal cooperative scheduling model between component suppliers and core enterprises, component suppliers and distribution enterprises is established. A collaborative model for customized production and distribution. By analyzing the scheduling collaboration between the core enterprises and the distribution center, a batch collaborative scheduling model of multiple core enterprises to multiple customers is established. By analyzing the dynamic variability of time, this paper studies the effect of distribution process on time target and cost target, and finally realizes the lowest total cost of assembly manufacturing and product distribution in core enterprise. The optimization algorithm of production and distribution collaborative scheduling model in customized production mode is designed. The complexity of solving collaborative model is simplified by improving the Hopfield neural network model and particle swarm optimization algorithm. 4) supply chain revenue allocation model based on revenue sharing contract. By extending the win-win conditions of the traditional revenue-sharing contract, this paper constructs a mathematical model of the revenue-sharing contract in the supply chain based on the rate of revenue growth. In this paper, the profit distribution factor of the profit sharing contract is introduced to establish the optimal decision model of the individual income of the node enterprises in the supply chain.
