信用類融資產(chǎn)品對電商供應(yīng)鏈的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,電商供應(yīng)鏈中企業(yè)之間的供需關(guān)系變化加大,使得供應(yīng)鏈上中小企業(yè)融資難問題更加突出,基于電子商務(wù)的供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新成為供應(yīng)鏈管理中一個新的研究領(lǐng)域。電商企業(yè)憑借平臺多年累積的信息優(yōu)勢開發(fā)出面向供應(yīng)鏈上中小企業(yè)的融資產(chǎn)品,成為中小企業(yè)解決融資難問題的重要方式,同時也對供應(yīng)鏈中企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生重要影響。那么電商企業(yè)開發(fā)的供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品對電商供應(yīng)鏈將產(chǎn)生什么影響是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈金融以及基于電子商務(wù)平臺下的供應(yīng)鏈融資等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,以蘇寧和京東兩家電商企業(yè)為例對電商供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,理解電商供應(yīng)鏈定義及其構(gòu)成要素,通過介紹京東開發(fā)電商供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品的過程,文章闡釋了電商供應(yīng)鏈金融的定義,并對電商供應(yīng)鏈金融中各參與主體的作用與一般供應(yīng)鏈金融進(jìn)行對比分析,接下來通過對京東和蘇寧兩家電商企業(yè)開發(fā)的供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品的理解,將電商供應(yīng)鏈金融產(chǎn)品分為池融資類產(chǎn)品、動產(chǎn)質(zhì)押類融資產(chǎn)品和信用類融資產(chǎn)品,并以信用類融資產(chǎn)品為例,對信用類融資產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全面分析,得出信用類融資產(chǎn)品既能解決電商供應(yīng)鏈上中小企業(yè)的融資難問題,又能穩(wěn)固供應(yīng)鏈上企業(yè)的合作關(guān)系,吸引更多的中小企業(yè)入駐電商平臺,對電商供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生積極地影響。最后本文通過構(gòu)建函數(shù)模型得到電商供應(yīng)鏈中采用信用類融資產(chǎn)品比不采用信用類融資產(chǎn)品各參與企業(yè)獲得的收益更高,證明了信用類融資產(chǎn)品更符合各參與方的意愿,比其它的融資方式更好,并以蘇寧開發(fā)的"信速融"產(chǎn)品為例說明該產(chǎn)品對融資企業(yè)C和蘇寧的影響,從而論證C企業(yè)采用"信速融"融資比其他融資方式會獲得更高的收益的結(jié)論。本文運(yùn)用定性研究和定量研究的方法分析信用類融資產(chǎn)品對電商供應(yīng)鏈的影響。力圖通過對電商供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品的全面探索,探究電商供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品對供應(yīng)鏈中參與者及供應(yīng)鏈整體的影響,同時通過對電商供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)過程與融資產(chǎn)品的分類的探究,為電商企業(yè)開發(fā)供應(yīng)鏈融資產(chǎn)品提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the relationship between supply and demand between enterprises in e-commerce supply chain has increased, which makes the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain more prominent. Supply chain financial service innovation based on e-commerce has become a new research field in supply chain management. Based on the information advantage accumulated for many years, e-commerce enterprises develop financing products to SMEs in the supply chain, which becomes an important way for SMEs to solve the financing problem, and also has an important impact on the relationship between enterprises in the supply chain. So what effect the supply chain financing products developed by e-commerce enterprises will have on the ecommerce supply chain is the focus of this paper. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars in supply chain, supply chain finance and supply chain financing based on e-commerce platform, this paper takes JingDong and JingDong as examples to analyze the e-commerce supply chain system. Understanding the definition of e-commerce supply chain and its components, this paper introduces JingDong's process of developing e-commerce supply chain financing products, and explains the definition of ecommerce supply chain finance. And the role of various participants in e-commerce supply chain finance and general supply chain finance are compared and analyzed. Then, through the understanding of the supply chain financing products developed by JingDong and JingDong, The financial products of ecommerce supply chain are divided into pool financing products, chattel pledge financing products and credit financing products. Taking credit financing products as an example, credit financing products are comprehensively analyzed. It is concluded that credit financing products can not only solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in e-commerce supply chain, but also stabilize the cooperative relationship of enterprises in the supply chain, and attract more small and medium-sized enterprises to join the e-commerce platform. It has a positive impact on the development and stability of ecommerce supply chain. Finally, by constructing the function model, we find that the credit financing products in the ecommerce supply chain get higher income than the enterprises that do not use the credit financing products, which proves that the credit financing products are more in line with the wishes of the participants. It is better than other financing methods, and taking the product of "Xin Sui Fong" developed by Su Ning as an example to illustrate the impact of this product on the financing enterprises C and Su Ning, Therefore, the conclusion that C enterprises can obtain higher returns by using "fast financing" than other financing methods. This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the impact of credit financing products on e-commerce supply chain. This paper tries to probe into the influence of the supply chain financing products on the participants in the supply chain and the supply chain as a whole through the comprehensive exploration of the supply chain financing products of the ecommerce supply chain. At the same time, through the exploration of the development process and the classification of the financing products of the ecommerce supply chain, it provides the technical guidance for the e-commerce enterprises to develop the financing products of the supply chain.
