【摘要】：中國自改革開放以來，經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了舉世矚目的成就，近些年來中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率一直穩(wěn)居世界第一，人民生活水平也取得了極大的提高，尤其是對(duì)冷藏冷凍產(chǎn)品的需求上面，這大大推動(dòng)了冷鏈物流行業(yè)的興起。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、市場競爭激烈化的滾滾浪潮，國內(nèi)眾多企業(yè)的經(jīng)營弊端逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。尤其是冷鏈物流行業(yè)，作為一項(xiàng)近幾年來剛剛起步的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，中國的冷鏈物流業(yè)存在著諸多制約行業(yè)發(fā)展的問題，冷鏈物流設(shè)施嚴(yán)重不足、冷鏈物流行業(yè)法律法規(guī)體系不健全、冷鏈企業(yè)規(guī)模較小、冷鏈行業(yè)人才匱乏等等�？梢哉f，對(duì)中國冷鏈物流企業(yè)來說，機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存�；诖�，本文選擇了第三方冷鏈物流企業(yè)績效評(píng)價(jià)研究，通過對(duì)冷鏈物流企業(yè)的績效評(píng)價(jià)，希望能為企業(yè)帶來些許啟發(fā)，提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理水平，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場競爭能力，促進(jìn)企業(yè)更好更快發(fā)展。 本文首先對(duì)國外和國內(nèi)的冷鏈物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)國內(nèi)冷鏈物流得現(xiàn)狀做出了簡要評(píng)析，得到了中國冷鏈物流行業(yè)目前所存在的問題。然后簡單介紹了供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、冷鏈物流理論、績效評(píng)價(jià)理論，給出了一般性供應(yīng)鏈鏈?zhǔn)浇Y(jié)構(gòu)以及作為特殊供應(yīng)鏈的冷鏈物流鏈?zhǔn)浇Y(jié)構(gòu)，并介紹了幾種主流的績效評(píng)價(jià)方法，給出了各個(gè)方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)，本文結(jié)合這些方法，決定聯(lián)合使用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法。在這些理論的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了冷鏈物流企業(yè)的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，包括：經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo)、技術(shù)裝備指標(biāo)、服務(wù)品質(zhì)指標(biāo)、發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笜?biāo)。對(duì)這四個(gè)指標(biāo)的子指標(biāo)作出了解釋，并相應(yīng)的給出了計(jì)算公式。然后，本文根據(jù)指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，利用層次分析法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了量化，得到了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，再利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)企業(yè)的績效指標(biāo)作出了評(píng)價(jià)，得到了最終的績效評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。最后根據(jù)績效評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果，，評(píng)析了目前企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，找出了企業(yè)目前所存在的問題，針對(duì)這些問題，給出了企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the economy has made remarkable achievements. In recent years, China's economic growth rate has consistently ranked first in the world, and the people's living standards have also been greatly improved, especially in the demand for refrigerated and frozen products. This greatly promoted the rise of cold chain logistics industry. Along with the economic globalization and the fierce market competition, the malpractices of many domestic enterprises gradually appear. Especially in the cold chain logistics industry, as a sunrise industry that has just started in recent years, there are many problems restricting the development of the cold chain logistics industry in China, and the cold chain logistics facilities are seriously inadequate. Cold chain logistics industry laws and regulations system is not perfect, cold chain enterprise scale is small, cold chain industry talent shortage and so on. It can be said that the Chinese cold-chain logistics enterprises, opportunities and challenges coexist. Based on this, this paper chooses the third party cold chain logistics enterprise performance evaluation research, through the cold chain logistics enterprise performance appraisal, hoped can bring some inspiration for the enterprise, enhances the enterprise management level, enhances the enterprise market competition ability. To promote better and faster development of enterprises. This paper firstly reviews the current situation of cold chain logistics both at home and abroad, and on this basis makes a brief evaluation of the current situation of cold chain logistics in China, and obtains the problems existing in the cold chain logistics industry in China. Then it introduces supply chain and supply chain management theory, cold chain logistics theory, performance evaluation theory, gives general supply chain chain structure and cold chain logistics chain structure as a special supply chain. Several mainstream performance evaluation methods are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are given. Combining these methods, this paper decides to combine AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On the basis of these theories, the performance evaluation index system of cold-chain logistics enterprises is constructed, including: economic benefit index, technical equipment index, service quality index and development potential index. The subindexes of these four indexes are explained and the corresponding formulas are given. Then, according to the characteristics of the indicators, combined with the actual situation, the paper uses AHP to quantify the indicators, gets the weight of each index, and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance indicators of enterprises. Finally, the result of performance evaluation is obtained. Finally, according to the results of performance evaluation, this paper analyzes the current development of enterprises, finds out the existing problems of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of enterprises.
