【摘要】：隨著改革開放以來經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，中國的流通業(yè)取得了長足的進(jìn)步，流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的交易規(guī)模得到擴(kuò)大，流通產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展中的作用日益明顯。但是總體看來，我國流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展比較粗放，城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不均衡，組織化程度低，流通效率低，，成本高，商貿(mào)流通業(yè)品牌建設(shè)滯后。為了能夠保證國民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，以及滿足人民群眾日益增長的物質(zhì)文化需求，2012年7月國務(wù)院發(fā)布了《關(guān)于深化流通體制改革，加快流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的意見》，提出了到2020年，我國流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體目標(biāo)是：基本建立起統(tǒng)一開放、競爭有序、安全高效、城鄉(xiāng)一體的現(xiàn)代流通體系，提高流通產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平。 信息技術(shù)逐漸成為21世紀(jì)的主導(dǎo)技術(shù)，同時也是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率的重要手段。不僅應(yīng)用在供應(yīng)鏈管理、價值鏈增值的建立，而且在商品分銷渠道、業(yè)務(wù)外包強(qiáng)化和電子商務(wù)的高效發(fā)展，信息技術(shù)都起著重要作用。而目前在我國流通領(lǐng)域中，信息技術(shù)運用的水平仍然較低，中小企業(yè)的流通信息收集和處理主要是以人工為主，大中型流通企業(yè)，雖有計算機(jī)等硬件設(shè)施，但是缺乏具備相關(guān)能力的人才，使得多數(shù)設(shè)備設(shè)施的運用僅僅停留在最基礎(chǔ)的層面上，流通信息利用效率較低，因此，要加快流通企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)，以信息技術(shù)提高流通企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平和流通運行效率。與此同時十八大報告中把信息化提上日程，信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)深入到我們生活的各個領(lǐng)域，本文就從信息技術(shù)的機(jī)制和原理上分析了流通產(chǎn)業(yè)，并指出了流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，并且用實證分析中的時間序列分析法對我國流通信息化進(jìn)行分析，分析結(jié)果可以看出勞動要素的投入是流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要要素，我國流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的信息化水平仍處于較低的階段，最后對于我國流通產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy since the reform and opening up, China's circulation industry has made great progress, the scale of circulation industry has been expanded, and the role of circulation industry in the development of national economy and society has become increasingly obvious. But overall, the development of circulation industry in China is relatively extensive, the development of urban and rural areas is not balanced, the degree of organization is low, the circulation efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the brand construction of trade circulation industry lags behind. In order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and to meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the people, in July 2012, the State Council issued the opinions on deepening the Reform of the Circulation system and speeding up the Development of the Circulation Industry, which was put forward by 2020. The overall goal of the development of China's circulation industry is to basically establish a modern circulation system that is unified and open, competitive and orderly, safe and efficient, integrating urban and rural areas, and improving the level of modernization of circulation industry. Information technology has gradually become the dominant technology in the 21 st century, and it is also an important means to improve economic efficiency. Information technology plays an important role not only in the supply chain management, the establishment of value-added value chain, but also in the distribution channels of commodities, the strengthening of business outsourcing and the efficient development of electronic commerce. At present, in the field of circulation in China, the level of the application of information technology is still relatively low. The collection and processing of circulation information for small and medium-sized enterprises are mainly manual. Large and medium-sized circulation enterprises, although they have hardware facilities such as computers, However, the lack of talents with relevant capabilities makes the use of most equipment and facilities only stay at the most basic level, and the efficiency of circulation information utilization is relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the informatization construction of circulation enterprises. Use information technology to improve the management level and circulation efficiency of circulation enterprises. At the same time, information technology has been put on the agenda in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Information technology has already penetrated into every field of our life. This paper analyzes the circulation industry from the mechanism and principle of information technology, and points out the course of the development of the circulation industry. The present situation and the existing problems are analyzed by the time series analysis method in the empirical analysis. The results show that the input of labor elements is the main factor of the development of circulation industry. The informatization level of circulation industry in our country is still in a low stage. Finally, some relevant strategies are put forward for the development of informatization of circulation industry in our country.
