【摘要】：建立農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是挑選合作伙伴和建立供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)盟的基礎(chǔ),科學(xué)的合作伙伴選擇體系有助于從源頭控制食品質(zhì)量安全和應(yīng)對(duì)不斷變化的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)需求。為了確定農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了當(dāng)前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)并構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)計(jì)算各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。研究結(jié)果表明:合作伙伴的質(zhì)量、履約能力和合作雙方的互補(bǔ)性是農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)在選擇合作伙伴時(shí)最重要的3個(gè)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Establishing the selection criteria of agricultural product supply chain partners is the basis of selecting partners and establishing supply chain alliances. A scientific partner selection system can help to control food quality and safety from the source and cope with the changing market demand of agricultural products. In order to determine the selection criteria of agricultural product supply chain partners, the characteristics of current agricultural products market were analyzed and the selection index system of agricultural product supply chain partners was constructed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of each index. The results show that the quality, performance ability and complementarity of partners are the three most important indexes for agricultural enterprises to select partners.
