【摘要】：隨著信息化電子化的科技不斷發(fā)展,服裝行業(yè)要想跟上不斷變化的市場就不得不加入技術(shù)改變的潮流。21世紀以來市場競爭激烈,信息產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,外界需求的差異性不斷擴大,企業(yè)要想在市場殘酷的競爭中求生存謀發(fā)展,就必須跟上市場需求多樣化、多品種、多批次與高質(zhì)量地步伐。要應(yīng)對實時發(fā)生變化的市場,新型、先進和有效的生產(chǎn)模式便成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心內(nèi)容。本文的重點是研究服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)如何引入先進的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對生產(chǎn)流程重新進行構(gòu)建,并且對具體企業(yè)給出了具體的建議措施。本文首先對現(xiàn)行的服裝業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工作業(yè)進行分析說明實施物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的可能性,同時由于在RFID技術(shù)的使用過程中標簽讀取的有效問題一直是使用過程中的難題,多標簽的讀取有效性問題急待解決。本文使用了新的防止標簽讀取錯誤的方法來解決有關(guān)問題。并對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)如何配置在服裝業(yè)的具體情況結(jié)合相關(guān)技術(shù)與算法進行了詳細的論述。結(jié)合北京KG服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)說明了具體的構(gòu)架措施。同時結(jié)合服裝廠實際,本文提出了RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用中防碰撞解決的方法FCFS并驗證了其有效性。對于數(shù)據(jù)采集與篩選方面給出了實施措施。引入遺傳算法,有效地解決了服裝制備過程中的生產(chǎn)流程問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, the clothing industry must join the trend of technology change in order to keep up with the changing market. Since the 21st century, the market competition has been fierce, and the information industry technology has developed rapidly. The difference of external demand is expanding constantly. If enterprises want to survive and develop in the cruel competition of market, they must keep up with the market demand diversification, variety, batch and high quality step. In order to deal with the real-time changing market, new, advanced and effective production mode becomes the core content of enterprise development. The emphasis of this paper is to study how to introduce the advanced Internet of things technology to rebuild the production process of garment manufacturing enterprises, and give specific suggestions to the specific enterprises. In this paper, the possibility of implementing the Internet of things technology is explained by analyzing the current production and processing jobs in the garment industry. At the same time, the effective problem of tag reading in the use of RFID technology is always a difficult problem in the process of use. The problem of reading validity of multi-label is urgent to be solved. This article uses a new method to prevent tag reading errors to solve the problem. And how to configure the Internet of things technology in the clothing industry combined with the relevant technology and algorithm are discussed in detail. Combined with Beijing KG garment production enterprises explained the specific framework measures. At the same time, combined with the actual situation of garment factory, this paper puts forward the anti-collision solution method FCFS in the application of RFID technology and verifies its validity. The implementation measures for data acquisition and screening are given. Genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of production flow effectively.
