【摘要】：近幾年頻頻爆出的食品質(zhì)量安全事件讓國民為之震驚,人們已經(jīng)不知道吃什么才是安全的,漸漸的失去了對(duì)食品安全性的信任。隨著食品安全事件的頻繁報(bào)道,學(xué)術(shù)界針對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究也日益增多,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)型的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式為切入點(diǎn),嘗試建立和完善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈,用供應(yīng)鏈管理的思想和方法建立起保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的機(jī)制,并選取比較知名且有代表性的農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行案例分析。論文第三章建立了在供應(yīng)鏈管理的大框架下農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)商與供應(yīng)鏈上下游之間的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全模型,模型中通過關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間合作伙伴關(guān)系的構(gòu)建,信息共享與反饋機(jī)制以及追溯體系來對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全形成有力保障。論文第四章通過湖南唐人神集團(tuán)和山東六和集團(tuán)兩個(gè)案例的比較分析,來找到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全控制的關(guān)鍵問題；論文第五章運(yùn)用博弈論的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),通過生產(chǎn)商與養(yǎng)豬戶之間針對(duì)是否監(jiān)督與是否違約的動(dòng)態(tài)博弈,來找到控制農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的均衡點(diǎn),最后提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策來加強(qiáng)對(duì)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent outbreak of food quality and safety incidents shocked the people, people have no idea what to eat is safe, gradually lost trust in food safety. With the frequent reporting of food safety incidents, the academic research on this field is increasing day by day. This paper tries to establish and improve the supply chain of agricultural products by taking the agricultural enterprise-led supply chain management model as the starting point. The mechanism of ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products is established by using the thought and method of supply chain management, and some famous and representative agricultural enterprises are selected for case study. The third chapter establishes the agricultural product quality safety model between the agricultural product producer and the upstream and downstream of the supply chain under the large framework of supply chain management. Information sharing and feedback mechanism and traceability system can guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products. The fourth chapter through the Hunan Tangrenshen Group and Shandong Liuhe Group two cases of comparative analysis to find the key issues of quality and safety control of agricultural products. Through the dynamic game between producer and pig farmer to find the equilibrium point to control the quality and safety of agricultural products, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the guarantee of the quality of agricultural products.
