汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險識別及博弈分析

【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國工業(yè)中的重點產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民生產(chǎn)總值中占有很高的比重。伴隨著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,一些問題和矛盾也應(yīng)運而生,,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈上中小企業(yè)融資難題日漸凸顯。問題和機遇總是并存的,商業(yè)銀行聯(lián)手第三方物流監(jiān)管企業(yè)以及供應(yīng)鏈各節(jié)點企業(yè)開展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)為化解這一產(chǎn)業(yè)瓶頸提供了新的思路和渠道。各大商業(yè)銀行紛紛推出汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù),以爭奪汽車業(yè)龐大的客戶資源。 本文從供應(yīng)鏈金融理論和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀為切入點,詳細(xì)分析了供應(yīng)鏈金融內(nèi)涵、模式、特征優(yōu)勢,研究了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融主要的模式、運作機理和存在的信用風(fēng)險。運用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論建立了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險識別模型,結(jié)合汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運作的實際情況對信用風(fēng)險致險因子進行了分析。其次構(gòu)建了信用風(fēng)險博弈模型,對鏈上融資企業(yè)由主體決策產(chǎn)生的博弈行為進行了詳盡的推導(dǎo),得出了參與各方之間的博弈模型。并以交通銀行“廠商銀”經(jīng)銷商融資解決方案為例,分析了防范汽車經(jīng)銷商與物流企業(yè)串謀,弱化信用風(fēng)險的主要因子和途徑。最后針對模型結(jié)果,從銀行層面、融資企業(yè)層面和宏觀政策環(huán)境層面對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)信用風(fēng)險防范提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is the key industry in our country, which occupies a high proportion in the gross national product (GNP). With the rapid development of automobile industry, some problems and contradictions have emerged. The problems and opportunities always coexist. Commercial banks cooperate with the third party logistics supervision enterprises and supply chain enterprises to carry out the supply chain financial business, which provides a new way of thinking and channel to resolve the bottleneck of this industry. Major commercial banks have launched the automotive industry supply chain financial business, in order to compete for the automotive industry's huge customer resources. Based on the theory of supply chain finance and the current situation of credit risk management of automobile industry supply chain finance, this paper analyzes the connotation, mode and characteristic advantages of supply chain finance in detail, and studies the main mode of automobile industry supply chain finance. Operating mechanism and credit risk. The identification model of financial credit risk of automobile industry supply chain is established by using the theory of system dynamics, and the risk factors of credit risk are analyzed according to the actual situation of automobile industry supply chain operation. Secondly, the credit risk game model is constructed, and the game behavior of the financing enterprises on the chain is deduced in detail, and the game model between the parties involved is obtained. Taking the financing solution of bank of communications bank as an example, this paper analyzes the main factors and ways to prevent auto dealers from colluding with logistics enterprises and to weaken credit risk. Finally, according to the results of the model, from the bank level, financing enterprise level and macro policy environment level, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the credit risk of the automobile industry supply chain financial business.
