【摘要】：本文以城市蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈價(jià)格傳導(dǎo)理論為基礎(chǔ),選取重慶地區(qū)蔬菜價(jià)格實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),探究蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈價(jià)格的縱向傳導(dǎo)機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):蔬菜產(chǎn)地價(jià)格、批發(fā)價(jià)格對(duì)零售價(jià)格有正向直接影響,且產(chǎn)地價(jià)格的邊際影響較強(qiáng);零售價(jià)格、批發(fā)價(jià)格對(duì)產(chǎn)地價(jià)格的影響不顯著,產(chǎn)地價(jià)格主要受到前期產(chǎn)地價(jià)格影響。這說(shuō)明重慶市蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈價(jià)格的正向傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制順暢,但逆向反饋?zhàn)饔貌幻黠@,并提出穩(wěn)定重慶市蔬菜價(jià)格的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the price conduction theory of urban vegetable supply chain, this paper selects the field investigation data of vegetable price in Chongqing area, and probes into the longitudinal conduction mechanism of vegetable supply chain price. It is found that the price of vegetable producing area, wholesale price has positive direct effect on retail price, and the marginal influence of origin price is strong, but the influence of retail price and wholesale price on the price of producing area is not significant. The origin price is mainly affected by the pre-production area price. This shows that the forward conduction mechanism of vegetable supply chain price in Chongqing is smooth, but the adverse feedback is not obvious, and puts forward some policy suggestions to stabilize the vegetable price in Chongqing.
