【摘要】:本文以A汽輪機(jī)廠供應(yīng)鏈管理為研究對(duì)象,分析A汽輪機(jī)廠供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代物流管理理論,探討怎樣把供應(yīng)鏈管理技術(shù)運(yùn)用于A汽輪機(jī)廠的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)中。如中國(guó)的大多數(shù)國(guó)有大中型企業(yè)一樣,長(zhǎng)久以來,A汽輪機(jī)廠對(duì)建立完善的物流體系與科學(xué)化的供應(yīng)鏈管理不夠重視,沒有清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)到完善的物流體系與科學(xué)化的供應(yīng)鏈管理在減少經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、縮短制造周期、提高客戶的滿意度、改善企業(yè)整體供應(yīng)鏈品質(zhì)等方面的作用。造成供應(yīng)鏈管理與物流管理水平明顯落后,專業(yè)人員缺乏、工作效率低下、管理思想僵化、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略落后。汽輪機(jī)設(shè)備的原材料和部套件的采購(gòu)相對(duì)特殊,采購(gòu)周期較長(zhǎng),品種規(guī)格較多,單次采購(gòu)數(shù)量較少,采購(gòu)計(jì)劃變動(dòng)大等生產(chǎn)制造特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致諸多環(huán)節(jié)都比較困難,物流難以控制,成為A汽輪機(jī)廠在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上發(fā)展與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一個(gè)難題。 本文通過對(duì)A汽輪機(jī)廠供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀的研究,使用SWOT方法分析了A汽輪機(jī)廠物流管理的現(xiàn)狀,提出采用SCOR模型來優(yōu)化A汽輪機(jī)廠供應(yīng)鏈管理,探索SCOR模型在A汽輪機(jī)廠的運(yùn)用條件,,通過SCOR方法優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理,詳細(xì)介紹了SCOR模型在A汽輪機(jī)廠運(yùn)用的全過程介紹了兩個(gè)實(shí)施成果。為A汽輪機(jī)廠制定了5年戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,使廠管理過程中的績(jī)效、運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)在高層管理者和一線員工質(zhì)檢保持一致,從而保證了管理層決策的靈活性與正確性。采取相應(yīng)措施進(jìn)行控制,整合資源,提出企業(yè)物流管理的發(fā)展對(duì)策,提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,減少經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),降低成本,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the supply chain management of A steam turbine plant as the research object, analyzes the present situation of the supply chain management of A steam turbine plant, and discusses how to apply the supply chain management technology to the production and operation of A steam turbine plant by using the modern logistics management theory. Like most large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China, the steam turbine plant has long attached insufficient importance to the establishment of a sound logistics system and scientific supply chain management. There is no clear understanding of the role of perfect logistics system and scientific supply chain management in reducing operating costs, shortening manufacturing cycle, improving customer satisfaction, and improving the overall supply chain quality of enterprises. As a result, the level of supply chain management and logistics management is obviously backward, the professional staff is lacking, the work efficiency is low, the management thought is rigid, and the development strategy is backward. The purchase of raw materials and parts of steam turbine equipment is relatively special, the purchasing period is longer, the variety specifications are more, the quantity of single purchase is less, the purchase plan is changed greatly, and so on, which makes many links more difficult. It is difficult to control the logistics, which becomes a difficult problem for the development and competition of A steam turbine plant in the international and domestic markets. In this paper, the current situation of supply chain management in A steam turbine plant is studied, and the present situation of logistics management in A steam turbine plant is analyzed by using SWOT method. The SCOR model is proposed to optimize the supply chain management of A steam turbine plant. This paper explores the application conditions of SCOR model in A steam turbine plant, optimizes supply chain management by SCOR method, and introduces in detail two implementation results of the application of SCOR model in A steam turbine plant. A 5-year strategic plan is made for A steam turbine plant, so that the performance of the plant management process and the operation data are consistent with the quality inspection of the senior management and the front-line staff, thus ensuring the flexibility and correctness of the management decision-making. Taking corresponding measures to control, integrate resources, put forward the development countermeasure of enterprise logistics management, improve the operation efficiency, reduce the management risk, reduce the cost, strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise in the international and domestic market.
