【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)及市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,處于供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系上各環(huán)節(jié)的成員企業(yè)均逐漸開始涉獵電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域,而作為電商領(lǐng)域最具潛力與影響力的運作模式之一的B2B(Business To Business,企業(yè)與企業(yè)間)電商模式則成為了各大企業(yè)在采購環(huán)節(jié)涉足電商領(lǐng)域的首選。許多供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的大型集團化企業(yè)在采購活動中依其特點更多地選用了集中采購模式,但依照傳統(tǒng)采購發(fā)展起來的集中采購模式在實際運用過程中暴露出了很多問題與缺陷。 論文分別對B2B電商平臺及供應(yīng)鏈背景下的集中采購模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行剖析,指出目前供應(yīng)鏈集中采購模式存在的問題,并提出引入B2B電商平臺與之協(xié)同發(fā)展對傳統(tǒng)集中采購模式進行整合與改進。以基于B2B電商平臺的供應(yīng)鏈集中采購模式為研究對象,主要依據(jù)協(xié)同理論、物流集成場理論、供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)模型等理論和方法,從理論與實踐兩個角度,對B2B電商平臺加入后供應(yīng)鏈集中采購模式實現(xiàn)模型的構(gòu)建及具體協(xié)同措施的運用進行了一些粗淺的研究。旨在通過將CPFR模型、SCOR模型、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同模型、物流集成場模型與B2B電商平臺有機結(jié)合,分層次、分線路構(gòu)建并整合出基于B2B電商平臺的新型供應(yīng)鏈集中采購模式的實現(xiàn)模型。針對S集團的案例分析,,結(jié)合其實際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并運用論文所得模型提出S集團B2B電子化集中采購模式的實現(xiàn)模型,對S集團集中采購戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)起到了一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology and market economy, the member enterprises in the supply chain network system are gradually beginning to dabble in the field of electronic commerce. As one of the most potential and influential mode of operation in the field of e-commerce, B2B(Business to Business (between enterprise and enterprise) has become the first choice for large enterprises to step into the field of e-commerce in procurement. Many large group enterprises in the supply chain system choose the centralized procurement mode according to their characteristics, but the centralized procurement mode developed according to the traditional procurement has exposed many problems and defects in the process of practical application. This paper analyzes the current situation of centralized procurement mode in B2B e-commerce platform and supply chain background, and points out the problems existing in the current centralized procurement model of supply chain. It also proposes to integrate and improve the traditional centralized purchasing mode by introducing B2B ecommerce platform and collaborative development. Based on the B2B e-commerce platform, the centralized procurement model of supply chain is taken as the research object. Based on the theories and methods of collaboration theory, logistics integration field theory, supply chain related model and so on, from the two angles of theory and practice. In this paper, the realization model of supply chain centralized purchasing mode and the application of concrete collaborative measures after B2B e-commerce platform join are studied in detail. By combining CPFR model, supply chain cooperation model, logistics integration field model and B2B ecommerce platform organically, the paper constructs and integrates a new centralized procurement model of supply chain based on B2B ecommerce platform. According to the case analysis of S Group, combining with its actual development situation and using the model obtained in this paper, the paper puts forward the realization model of S Group B2B electronic centralized procurement mode, which plays a certain guiding role in the realization of S Group centralized procurement strategy.
