CD國際貿(mào)易有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:改革開放三十多年來,紡織品服裝出口一直是我國對外貿(mào)易的重要組成部分,在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中對拉動就業(yè)、增加外匯儲備起到了不可低估的作用。但是隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級、經(jīng)濟(jì)更進(jìn)一步與世界接軌,特別是在加入WTO之后的十年中,紡織品服裝出口行業(yè)面臨的國內(nèi)外市場環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化。經(jīng)歷過全球的金融危機(jī)之后,以CD國際為代表的大型專業(yè)紡織品服裝外貿(mào)公司如何在后配額時(shí)代面對新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,面對諸多不利因素,如何利用自身多年積累的資源和優(yōu)勢,選擇好今后的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這一研究不僅對于CD國際,更包括許多同類的大型外貿(mào)公司都具有很重要的意義。 本文首先回顧了公司戰(zhàn)略管理的研究情況,在理論基礎(chǔ)之上,對CD國際進(jìn)行了具體的案例分析。首先從宏觀環(huán)境入手,對CD國際面臨的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境方面進(jìn)行了分析。接下來根據(jù)邁克爾波特的五力模型理論,分析了紡織品服裝出口行業(yè)的整體行業(yè)競爭情況,通過行業(yè)分析,得出我國紡織品服裝出口行業(yè)在未來的十幾年內(nèi)仍將保持穩(wěn)步增長,同時(shí)也將面臨著產(chǎn)品升級、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的外部壓力和內(nèi)部要求。又通過對CD國際內(nèi)部資源和優(yōu)勢的分析,確定了企業(yè)的核心競爭力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過SWOT分析矩陣得出了四種組合戰(zhàn)略,通過對四種組合戰(zhàn)略的分析,為CD國際選擇了走專業(yè)化道路,做好供應(yīng)鏈的管理者這一發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并制定了今后十年內(nèi)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),即成為毛衫、針織服裝、梭織服裝三大品類的專業(yè)服務(wù)商,成為全國紡織品服裝進(jìn)出口企業(yè)50強(qiáng)之一。最后在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施即保障措施方面,結(jié)合公司目前的經(jīng)營狀況,在組織架構(gòu)、人力資源、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、管理體系和信息建設(shè)等方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, textile and clothing export has been an important part of China's foreign trade, which has played an important role in promoting employment and increasing foreign exchange reserves in economic construction. However, along with the industrial transformation and upgrading of our country, the economy is further in line with the world, especially in the ten years after China's entry into WTO, the domestic and foreign market environment of textile and clothing export industry has undergone tremendous changes. After the global financial crisis, how to face the new economic environment, many unfavorable factors, and how to make use of the resources and advantages accumulated over the years by the large specialized textile and garment foreign trade companies represented by CD International in the post-quota era? This study is of great significance not only for CD International, but also for many large foreign trade companies of the same kind. Firstly, this paper reviews the research of company strategic management, and makes a case study of CD International on the basis of theory. Firstly, this paper analyzes the political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and technical environment of CD International. Then, according to Michael Porter's five-force model theory, the paper analyzes the overall competition situation of textile and clothing export industry. Through the industry analysis, it concludes that the textile and clothing export industry of our country will still maintain steady growth in the next ten years. At the same time will also be faced with product upgrading, industrial upgrading of external pressure and internal requirements. Through the analysis of the internal resources and advantages of CD, the core competitiveness of enterprises is determined. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis matrix, four combination strategies are obtained, and through the analysis of the four combination strategies, CD International has chosen the way of specialization and done well the development strategy of supply chain managers. The strategic goal in the next ten years is to become one of the top 50 textile and garment import and export enterprises in China, which is a professional service provider of three categories of woolen sweater, knitted clothing and woven clothing. Finally, in the aspect of strategic implementation, namely safeguard measures, combined with the company's current management situation, the paper puts forward some suggestions in the aspects of organizational structure, human resources, incentive mechanism, management system and information construction and so on.
