具有擠兌效應(yīng)的設(shè)施選址—庫存—定價問題研究

【摘要】:本文關(guān)注具有擠兌效應(yīng)的設(shè)施選址-庫存-定價問題,即在選址問題的基礎(chǔ)上,同時考慮庫存因素和定價決策對于選址問題的影響。新產(chǎn)品和再制造品同時存在于供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之中,假設(shè)它們具有依賴于價格的顧客需求;同時由于擠兌效應(yīng)的引入,每個產(chǎn)品的需求不僅受到自身價格的影響,還受到另一種產(chǎn)品的影響,或者說新產(chǎn)品市場受到再制造品的擠兌。對于這樣一個問題,本文的目的是對供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行收益管理,同時研究擠兌效應(yīng)、定價決策和庫存成本對于選址決策的影響,以及進一步探討,擠兌效應(yīng)是如何影響供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、物流流動和相關(guān)決策的,不同的擠兌方式,又會對網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響。 對于該設(shè)施選址-庫存-定價問題,本文建立了一個數(shù)學(xué)模型,并分別將這個模型應(yīng)用于簡單擠兌和倒U型擠兌的情況。簡單擠兌中擠兌系數(shù)固定不變,不受兩種產(chǎn)品價格比值的影響,考慮到實際情況中再制造品價格對于它市場競爭力的重要作用,本文又考慮了倒U型擠兌的情況,在這種情況中,擠兌效應(yīng)系數(shù)隨著再制造品比新產(chǎn)品價格折扣的增加呈現(xiàn)倒U型。通過離散化價格和不等式變換,本文最終建立了一個圓錐二次混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃,在求解過程中,通過添加擴展多維擬陣不等式來提高模型求解效率。 本文的最后一部分通過數(shù)值實驗和對結(jié)果的分析驗證了模型和算法的有效性;對是否考慮擠兌效應(yīng)的結(jié)果進行了比較,結(jié)果表明考慮擠兌效應(yīng)的情況其總收益會高于未考慮擠兌效應(yīng)的模型;并分別針對簡單擠兌模型和倒U性擠兌模型分析了其中擠兌效應(yīng)的影響。對于簡單擠兌模型,通過從小到大改變擠兌系數(shù)取值,發(fā)現(xiàn)擠兌系數(shù)的提高使得決策價格和總收益有所提高,并改變配送決策;對于倒U型模型,,通過給定再制造品價格的方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)對于遞增的折扣策略,總收益呈倒U型改變,選址和配送策略也隨之變化。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the facility location-stock-pricing problem with run effect, that is, based on the site-selection problem, the influence of inventory factors and pricing decision on the location problem is taken into account.New products and remanufactured goods exist simultaneously in supply networks, assuming that they have price-dependent customer demand, and that the demand for each product is affected not only by its own price, but also by the introduction of the run effect.It is also affected by another product, or a run on the market for new manufactured goods.For such a problem, the purpose of this paper is to manage the revenue of the supply chain network, at the same time to study the effect of run on, pricing decision and inventory cost on the location decision, as well as further study.How does the effect of the run affect the network structure of supply, the flow of logistics and the decision making, and how does the different run mode affect the network structure?For the location-stock-pricing problem, a mathematical model is established and applied to simple and inverted U-type runs.In simple extrusion, the extrusion coefficient is fixed and is not affected by the price ratio of two kinds of products. Considering the important effect of the price of remanufactured goods on its market competitiveness in the actual situation, the inverted U-type run is considered in this paper.In this case, the coefficient of extrusion effect is inverted U-shaped as the price discount of remanufactured goods increases compared with the new product.In this paper, a conical quadratic mixed integer programming is established by discretization of price and inequality transformation. In the process of solving the problem, extended multi-dimensional matroid inequality is added to improve the efficiency of model solving.In the last part of this paper, the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by numerical experiments and the analysis of the results.The results show that the total income of the model considering the effect of the extrusion is higher than that of the model without the effect of the extrusion, and the influence of the effect of the extrusion is analyzed based on the simple model and the inverted U-model respectively.For the simple extrusion model, by changing the value of the extrusion coefficient from small to large, it is found that the increase of the extrusion coefficient increases the decision price and total income, and changes the distribution decision.By giving the price of remanufactured goods, it is found that for the increasing discount strategy, the total income changes in the form of inverted U shape, and the location and distribution strategy also changes with it.
