【摘要】：我國煤炭行業(yè)的物流發(fā)展還處于初步探索階段，很多煤炭企業(yè)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到物流對煤炭業(yè)的重要作用，希望能與物流企業(yè)展開合作，加強(qiáng)煤炭企業(yè)與物流企業(yè)的交流，拓寬企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，完善企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)。然而，企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息系統(tǒng)的完善，難以解決煤炭企業(yè)之間以及煤炭供應(yīng)鏈上企業(yè)的溝通問題，企業(yè)之間仍不能實現(xiàn)信息共享，不能有效地匯集煤炭信息來降低煤炭物流成本；目前，我國的煤炭物流信息化的發(fā)展也比較滯后，影響了煤炭行業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。因此，需要構(gòu)建一個專門為煤炭行業(yè)提供服務(wù)的物流信息平臺，通過統(tǒng)一管理煤炭供應(yīng)鏈上的物流信息，方便煤炭供應(yīng)鏈上物流信息的相互傳遞與共享，，使煤炭供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)能實現(xiàn)零距離的溝通。 本文通過分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，從煤炭物流業(yè)發(fā)展對物流信息平臺的實際需求出發(fā)，結(jié)合煤炭供應(yīng)鏈、煤炭物流及煤炭物流信息平臺理論，分析了煤炭物流信息平臺的現(xiàn)狀及構(gòu)建信息平臺的必要性，提出了煤炭物流信息平臺構(gòu)建的步驟和內(nèi)容；并結(jié)合陜北煤炭物流及煤炭物流信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析了煤炭物流信息平臺構(gòu)建的原則及目標(biāo)，設(shè)計出信息平臺的需求功能體系，選擇出適合陜北煤炭物流信息平臺的功能要素，將供應(yīng)鏈理論貫穿其中，提出了陜北煤炭物流信息平臺的總體規(guī)劃方案。采用熵權(quán)模糊綜合分析法對信息平臺進(jìn)行評價，分析了評價結(jié)果，最后，從信息平臺的信息收集、信息共享、資金來源三個方面，分析了平臺實現(xiàn)的可能性。
[Abstract]:The logistics development of China's coal industry is still in the initial stage of exploration. Many coal enterprises have realized the important role of logistics in the coal industry and hope to cooperate with logistics enterprises and strengthen the exchange between coal enterprises and logistics enterprises.We will broaden the business development of enterprises and improve enterprise information systems.However, with the improvement of internal information system, it is difficult to solve the problem of communication between coal enterprises and enterprises in coal supply chain. Enterprises still can not realize information sharing and can not effectively collect coal information to reduce the cost of coal logistics.At present, the development of coal logistics informatization is lagging behind, which affects the development of e-commerce in coal industry.Therefore, it is necessary to construct a logistics information platform to provide services for the coal industry. Through unified management of the logistics information in the coal supply chain, it is convenient to transfer and share the logistics information in the coal supply chain.Coal supply chain enterprises can achieve zero-distance communication.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and the actual demand for logistics information platform in the development of coal logistics industry, this paper combines the theory of coal supply chain, coal logistics and coal logistics information platform.This paper analyzes the present situation of the coal logistics information platform and the necessity of constructing the coal logistics information platform, puts forward the steps and contents of the coal logistics information platform construction, and combines the present situation of the coal logistics and the coal logistics information development in the north of Shaanxi.This paper analyzes the principles and objectives of the coal logistics information platform, designs the demand function system of the information platform, selects the functional elements suitable for the coal logistics information platform in northern Shaanxi, and runs through the supply chain theory.The general plan of the coal logistics information platform in northern Shaanxi is put forward.The information platform is evaluated by entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, and the evaluation results are analyzed. Finally, the possibility of realizing the platform is analyzed from three aspects: information collection, information sharing and fund source.
