【摘要】：從本世紀(jì)初開始,我國傳統(tǒng)的糧食運(yùn)輸格局被打破,相關(guān)企業(yè)開始由單一的分段糧食運(yùn)輸向綜合化的糧食物流方向發(fā)展,以在物流成本、質(zhì)量和效率等方面獲得更多的競爭優(yōu)勢。在這種背景下,整合行業(yè)上下游物流資源,打造較為完善的糧食物流運(yùn)營體系成為行業(yè)企業(yè)共同的發(fā)展方向。 A公司是中糧集團(tuán)旗下的國有大型糧食物流企業(yè),公司的核心資產(chǎn)A港是具有國際一流水平、亞洲規(guī)模最大的糧食專業(yè)裝卸港口。A公司是我國“四散化”糧食物流模式的先行者和推廣者,A港是我國北糧南運(yùn)大通道的樞紐港。隨著糧食物流行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,A公司也必須不斷優(yōu)化調(diào)整自己的糧食物流運(yùn)營體系,以適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展需要。 文章以A公司糧食物流運(yùn)營體系作為研究對象,借鑒了相關(guān)現(xiàn)有理論研究,包括供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、商物分流理論、物流管理理論。首先對國內(nèi)外糧食物流運(yùn)營體系發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡要的介紹,然后闡述了A公司現(xiàn)有的糧食物流運(yùn)營體系的發(fā)展歷程及面臨的困境,并針對其物流運(yùn)營體系所存在的問題進(jìn)行研究,最后提出物流運(yùn)營體系的優(yōu)化方案。本文采用理論研究和實(shí)證研究結(jié)合的方法,對A公司現(xiàn)有的糧食物流運(yùn)營進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析,并提出了解決的方案。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this century, the traditional pattern of grain transportation in China has been broken, and the related enterprises have begun to develop from a single piecewise grain transportation to a comprehensive grain logistics in order to achieve logistics costs.Gain more competitive advantages in terms of quality and efficiency.In this context, integration of upstream and downstream logistics resources, to create a more complete grain logistics operation system has become the common development direction of industry enterprises.Company A is a large state-owned grain logistics enterprise owned by Cofco Group, and its core asset, Port A, has a world-class standard.Asia's largest specialized grain loading and unloading port .A is the forerunner and popularizer of the "Sanxian" grain logistics model in China, which is the hub port for the transportation of grain from north to south in China.With the continuous development of grain logistics industry, Company A must constantly optimize and adjust its grain logistics operation system to meet the needs of enterprise development.This paper takes the grain logistics operation system of company A as the research object, and draws lessons from the existing theoretical research, including supply chain management theory, commercial and material diversion theory, logistics management theory.Firstly, the current situation of grain logistics operation system at home and abroad is briefly introduced, and then the development course and predicament of A company's current grain logistics operation system are expounded.Finally, the optimization scheme of logistics operation system is put forward.By combining theoretical research with empirical research, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current grain logistics operations of Company A and puts forward a solution.
