【摘要】：近些年，經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，企業(yè)開(kāi)啟了全新的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式，企業(yè)之間不再是個(gè)體的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而是與之形成的供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而在供應(yīng)鏈中供應(yīng)商有具有這不可忽視的重要地位。伴隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益加劇，企業(yè)是否具有良好的供應(yīng)商直接關(guān)系到其生存持續(xù)發(fā)展。但是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)起步晚，發(fā)展慢，供應(yīng)鏈管理模式的發(fā)展更不健全，因此當(dāng)下的供應(yīng)商管理面臨眾多的難題。本文在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者對(duì)食品行業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理的相關(guān)研究理論，對(duì)北京稻香村外進(jìn)商品的供應(yīng)商管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步研究分析。 所以本文針對(duì)食品行業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理進(jìn)行闡述概況，，分析了供應(yīng)商基本理論，介紹了供應(yīng)商管理的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)以及評(píng)價(jià)體系，并剖析了北京稻香村門(mén)市外進(jìn)商品采購(gòu)現(xiàn)狀以及其供應(yīng)商選擇與管理中可能存在的眾多問(wèn)題，進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用層次分析法相關(guān)模型從理論上論證了如何對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行擇優(yōu)選擇，最后針對(duì)其供應(yīng)商管理中現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，從供應(yīng)商選擇、供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)管理體系、供應(yīng)商信息完善、供應(yīng)商管理費(fèi)用以及外進(jìn)采購(gòu)商品庫(kù)存供應(yīng)管理等方面提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和方案實(shí)施保障。一定程度上為我國(guó)零售企業(yè)帶來(lái)提供一些參考價(jià)值，也有利于對(duì)供應(yīng)商管理的進(jìn)一步理論研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, enterprises have opened a new mode of supply chain management. The competition between enterprises is no longer individual competition, but the competition of supply chain. In the supply chain, suppliers have an important position that can not be ignored.With the increasing competition in the market, whether the enterprise has a good supplier is directly related to its survival and sustainable development.But our country economy starts late, develops slowly, the supply chain management mode development is not perfect, therefore the present supplier management faces many difficult problems.Under the background of economic globalization and combined with the relevant research theories of many domestic and foreign scholars on supplier management of food industry, this paper further studies and analyzes the supplier management problems of the imported commodities in Beijing's Daoxiang Village.Therefore, this paper describes the general situation of supplier management in the food industry, analyzes the basic theory of suppliers, introduces the relevant links of supplier management and evaluation system,The paper also analyzes the current situation of purchasing goods from outside of Daoxiang Village in Beijing and many problems that may exist in the selection and management of suppliers, and further demonstrates how to select the best supplier by using the relevant model of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Finally, according to the current situation of its supplier management, combined with the actual situation, from the supplier selection, supplier evaluation management system, supplier information perfect,Supplier management costs and external procurement inventory supply management and other aspects of optimal design and program implementation protection.To a certain extent, it provides some reference value for Chinese retail enterprises, and is also conducive to further theoretical research on supplier management.
