【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國內(nèi)制造業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型重點(diǎn)關(guān)注行業(yè)，精益生產(chǎn)的導(dǎo)入是實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)裝備制造業(yè)提高核心競爭力的有效手段，而信息化系統(tǒng)是輔助管理提升的有效工具。在國內(nèi)的裝備制造企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)和信息化的融合導(dǎo)入可以更有效、更高效地提高企業(yè)管理水平，并且可以避免企業(yè)的重復(fù)投資。 論文首先對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)和信息化的理念、工具、方法分別進(jìn)行了論述，并分析了精益生產(chǎn)和信息化在企業(yè)結(jié)合進(jìn)行導(dǎo)入的必要性和可行性，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了精益生產(chǎn)和信息化融合導(dǎo)入的模式。論文分析了國內(nèi)裝備制造業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、供應(yīng)鏈特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)品和工藝特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)組織特點(diǎn)、研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和信息化管理特點(diǎn)，提出了國內(nèi)裝備制造企業(yè)在進(jìn)行實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理提升時(shí)的特點(diǎn)：應(yīng)當(dāng)將穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)作為管理提升的基礎(chǔ)，將研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)體系的改善作為重點(diǎn)，并將供應(yīng)鏈層面的能力提升作為長期目標(biāo)。論文通過對(duì)案例企業(yè)的精益生產(chǎn)和信息化的結(jié)合實(shí)施的分析，驗(yàn)證了兩者同步實(shí)施的方法的可行性和優(yōu)越性。 論文針對(duì)國內(nèi)裝備制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)，提出了通過穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、提升研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)管理、改善供應(yīng)鏈體系的精益改善思路，并將信息系統(tǒng)作為改善過程中有效的工具穩(wěn)固和提升精益改善的效果，為國內(nèi)裝備制造企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the domestic manufacturing industry realizes the upgrading transformation to focus on the industry, lean production introduction is to achieve the domestic equipment manufacturing industry to improve the core competitiveness of an effective means, and information system is an effective tool to assist management promotion.The integration of lean production and information technology in domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises can improve the management level of enterprises more effectively and avoid repeated investment.Firstly, the paper discusses the concepts, tools and methods of lean production and information technology, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the combination of lean production and information technology in enterprises.On this basis, the model of lean production and information integration import is put forward.This paper analyzes the characteristics of domestic equipment manufacturing industry, such as industry, supply chain, product and process, production organization, R & D design and information management.The paper points out the characteristics of domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises in implementing lean production and improving management: stable production should be regarded as the basis of management improvement, and the improvement of R & D design system should be taken as the emphasis.And the supply chain level of capacity enhancement as a long-term goal.Through the analysis of the combination of lean production and informatization, the paper verifies the feasibility and superiority of the two methods.According to the present situation and characteristics of domestic equipment manufacturing industry, the paper puts forward the idea of improving the lean improvement of supply chain system by stabilizing production system, improving R & D design management and improving supply chain system.Taking the information system as an effective tool in the process of improvement and improving the effect of lean improvement, this paper provides a new way of thinking for the transformation and upgrading of domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises.
