【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈采購模式是物資采購工作的必然發(fā)展趨勢,雖然該理論已經(jīng)提出,但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)采購工作中的運(yùn)用和發(fā)展卻是十分有限。物資采購方式是各類采購主體在采購中運(yùn)用的交貨形式和組織方法,本文以靈活運(yùn)用采購方式為突破口,通過對(duì)比的研究方法,分析各采購方式的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用其各自優(yōu)勢,結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈采購理論,深刻剖析目前企業(yè)正在廣泛使用的框架協(xié)議采購方式、招標(biāo)框架協(xié)議采購方式的理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實(shí)際采購工作積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)后查找不足之處,通過理論與實(shí)際遞進(jìn)結(jié)合的研究方法,總結(jié)出優(yōu)化后的寄售招標(biāo)框架協(xié)議采購方式是推進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈采購管理的有效途徑。通過運(yùn)用優(yōu)化后的采購方式,不僅提高采購工作效率,給企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也提升了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中參與者的效益。增加了企業(yè)的競爭實(shí)力,適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)瞬息萬變發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和多樣化的需求特征。對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)采購工作具有較好的指導(dǎo)目的。本文的創(chuàng)新成果體現(xiàn)在:1、理論分析視角的創(chuàng)新。在供應(yīng)鏈采購理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過優(yōu)化采購方式,提高工作效率,給企業(yè)帶來較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,為推動(dòng)供應(yīng)鏈采購的運(yùn)行,擴(kuò)展了采購方式在科學(xué)理論上創(chuàng)新的研究視角。2、實(shí)證上的創(chuàng)新�？v觀現(xiàn)有采購管理轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)證,大多涉及某一個(gè)單位或政府,本文選擇國有獨(dú)資企業(yè)為實(shí)證對(duì)象,在從傳統(tǒng)采購向供應(yīng)鏈采購的轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,尋找規(guī)律,結(jié)合理論,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并反過來指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Supply chain procurement mode is an inevitable trend of material procurement. Although this theory has been put forward, its application and development in real procurement work is very limited.The material purchasing method is the delivery form and organization method used by all kinds of purchasing subjects in purchasing. This paper takes the flexible use of purchasing method as the breakthrough point, analyzes the characteristics of each procurement method and uses its respective advantages through comparative research methods.Based on the supply chain purchasing theory, this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of the framework agreement procurement method, the bidding framework agreement procurement method, and the experience accumulated in the actual purchasing work.Through the combination of theory and practice, it is concluded that the optimized procurement method of consignment bidding framework agreement is an effective way to promote supply chain procurement management.By using the optimized purchasing method, not only the efficiency of procurement work is improved, but also the benefit of the participants in the whole supply chain network is improved.It increases the competitive strength of enterprises and adapts to the rapid development of market economy and diversified demand characteristics.It has a good guiding purpose to the actual purchasing work.The innovative results of this paper are reflected in: 1, the innovation from the perspective of theoretical analysis.On the basis of supply chain purchasing theory, through optimizing purchasing method, improving work efficiency and bringing good economic benefit to enterprises, in order to promote the operation of supply chain procurement,It expands the research angle of scientific and theoretical innovation of purchasing method.Throughout the existing empirical procurement management transition, mostly involving a certain unit or government, this paper chooses the state-owned enterprises as the empirical object, in the process of transition from traditional procurement to supply chain procurement, looking for the law, combined with the theory, found the problem.And in turn guide practice.
