【摘要】：食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險評價研究是食品供應(yīng)鏈研究與供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險評價研究的有益結(jié)合，同時也是食品供應(yīng)鏈風險評價領(lǐng)域的重要研究方向。在日益復雜的食品供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下，食品安全事件頻頻發(fā)生，供應(yīng)鏈及其節(jié)點企業(yè)因這些事件都遭受了嚴重的損失，甚至導致整條供應(yīng)鏈陷入財務(wù)困境。因此，食品供應(yīng)鏈的財務(wù)風險評價研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本研究以供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險評價的現(xiàn)有研究成果為理論基礎(chǔ)，通過界定食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險的概念及其風險管理、風險評價的內(nèi)容，結(jié)合食品供應(yīng)鏈的特點，，歸納出食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險的基本特征，并提出食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險評價的理論框架。 在風險識別階段，從內(nèi)、外兩方面識別影響食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險的主要因素，深入分析風險因素之間的影響關(guān)系后，構(gòu)建出解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型，經(jīng)過分析得出結(jié)論：信息的不確定性是影響食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險的關(guān)鍵因素。 在風險評價階段，主要包括三部分內(nèi)容，分別是構(gòu)建評價指標體系、確定權(quán)重、模糊綜合評價。以識別出的風險因素為基礎(chǔ)，從農(nóng)戶、食品加工企業(yè)、經(jīng)銷商、供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)、外部環(huán)境五個方面選取二十五項有代表性的評價指標，并構(gòu)建了食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險的評價指標體系。通過對比主觀賦權(quán)法和客觀賦權(quán)法，考慮難以取得各節(jié)點企業(yè)的具體數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)用1-9標度法和專家調(diào)查法確定指標的權(quán)重；通過比較常用的幾種風險評價方法的適用范圍，確定應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建風險評價模型。 在案例分析階段，將風險評價模型應(yīng)用到某食品供應(yīng)鏈中，驗證該模型的有效性。結(jié)合案例提出食品供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)風險監(jiān)控的內(nèi)容：在供應(yīng)鏈形成之前，充分考慮財務(wù)風險問題，核心企業(yè)作為發(fā)起人謹慎選擇合作伙伴；在供應(yīng)鏈運行過程中，對節(jié)點企業(yè)的財務(wù)狀況以及供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性進行實時監(jiān)控；當節(jié)點企業(yè)出現(xiàn)嚴重的財務(wù)風險或供應(yīng)鏈風險無法控制時，考慮替換某些節(jié)點企業(yè)或終止供應(yīng)鏈的全過程。
[Abstract]:The research of food supply chain financial risk evaluation is a beneficial combination of food supply chain research and supply chain financial risk evaluation, and it is also an important research direction in the field of food supply chain risk assessment.In the increasingly complex food supply chain environment, food safety incidents occur frequently, the supply chain and its node enterprises have suffered serious losses as a result of these events, and even lead the entire supply chain into financial distress.Therefore, the financial risk evaluation of food supply chain has important practical significance.Based on the existing research results of financial risk assessment in supply chain, this study defines the concept of financial risk in food supply chain, its risk management, risk assessment and the characteristics of food supply chain.The basic characteristics of financial risk in food supply chain are summarized, and the theoretical framework of financial risk assessment in food supply chain is put forward.In the stage of risk identification, the main factors affecting financial risk of food supply chain are identified from internal and external aspects, and the influence relationship between risk factors is deeply analyzed, then an explanatory structure model is constructed.The conclusion is that the uncertainty of information is the key factor to affect the financial risk of food supply chain.In the stage of risk evaluation, it mainly includes three parts, namely, constructing evaluation index system, determining weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the identified risk factors, 25 representative evaluation indexes are selected from five aspects: farmers, food processing enterprises, distributors, supply chain system and external environment.The evaluation index system of financial risk in food supply chain is constructed.By comparing subjective and objective weighting methods, considering that it is difficult to obtain specific data of each node enterprise, 1-9 scale method and expert investigation method are used to determine the weight of the index, and the scope of application of several commonly used risk assessment methods is compared.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the risk evaluation model.In the stage of case analysis, the risk assessment model is applied to a food supply chain to verify the effectiveness of the model.This paper puts forward the contents of financial risk monitoring in food supply chain: before the formation of the supply chain, the financial risk is fully considered, and the core enterprise, as the initiator, selects the partner carefully; in the process of the supply chain operation, the core enterprise selects the partner carefully.The financial status of node enterprises and the stability of supply chain are monitored in real time, and the whole process of replacing some node enterprises or terminating the supply chain is considered when there is serious financial risk or the supply chain risk can not be controlled.
