按單裝配供應鏈的協(xié)同庫存管理研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來,隨著科學技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和世界經(jīng)濟一體化進程的加速,企業(yè)面臨的市場環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大變化。消費者的購買欲望和購買力在逐年增加,消費者成為市場運作的關(guān)鍵,復雜多變的產(chǎn)品需求和不可預測的市場動態(tài)對企業(yè)的運營方式造成了巨大沖擊。在這樣的背景下,按單裝配這種新的供應鏈管理方式被提出,并逐漸受到企業(yè)管理者們的重視。同時,由于大規(guī)模機器化生產(chǎn)的普及,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的時間大大的減少,急劇縮短的產(chǎn)品生命周期使庫存成為了供應鏈管理的瓶頸,制約著供應鏈的整體性能。以制造企業(yè)為核心的傳統(tǒng)供應鏈管理已經(jīng)無法滿足客戶在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和響應時間上的需求,為企業(yè)提供的利潤越來越小。因此,協(xié)同管理成為供應鏈贏利的突破口,通過對節(jié)點企業(yè)進行信息共享、統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和協(xié)同管理,使得供應鏈的總成本得到降低。所以,探討按單裝配供應鏈的協(xié)同庫存管理問題具有重要意義。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)按單裝配供應鏈和協(xié)同庫存管理研究的現(xiàn)狀。其次,研究了供應鏈相關(guān)理論、庫存管理的相關(guān)知識、按單裝配和協(xié)同庫存等相關(guān)概念,分析了供應鏈中現(xiàn)存的問題。然后,將經(jīng)濟學原理和供應鏈管理相結(jié)合,提出按單裝配供應鏈協(xié)同庫存管理這一策略,,為下文模型的建立奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文通過對服從泊松分布的產(chǎn)品隨機需求及服從泊松分布的供應商和制造商隨機訂貨提前期進行分析,建立了以求解最少成本為目標的多產(chǎn)品、多需求、允許缺貨的兩級按單裝配供應鏈的協(xié)同庫存模型。并引入混合并行遺傳算法,以改進的步長加速法作為交叉算子,十進制到二進制的轉(zhuǎn)換的截取作為變異算子,增加遷移算子,利用最大適應度的迭代次數(shù)作為終止規(guī)則,利用多進程并行的方式求成本最優(yōu)時的再訂貨點的庫存量和固定訂貨量;旌喜⑿羞z傳算法縮短了求解模型所用的時間并增強了最終解的準確性。通過一定規(guī)模的測試數(shù)據(jù)對構(gòu)建的模型進行仿真模擬及結(jié)果分析。通過仿真實驗數(shù)據(jù)驗證按單裝配供應鏈的協(xié)同庫存模型的收斂性和穩(wěn)定性,并證明在不同的環(huán)境中該模型對庫存成本的降低都起著作用。 最后,總結(jié)了本文的研究成果和結(jié)論,著重分析了模型建立和算法設(shè)計的不足,對今后按單裝配供應鏈協(xié)同庫存管理研究的發(fā)展從更具普遍性的角度提出了一些建議和思考。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of the process of world economic integration, the market environment faced by enterprises has undergone tremendous changes.The purchasing desire and purchasing power of consumers are increasing year by year. Consumers become the key of market operation. The complex and changeable product demand and unpredictable market dynamics have a great impact on the operation mode of enterprises.Under this background, the new supply chain management mode of single assembly has been put forward, and gradually paid attention to by enterprise managers.At the same time, because of the popularization of large-scale machine production, the time of product renewal is greatly reduced, and the sharply shortened product life cycle makes inventory become the bottleneck of supply chain management, which restricts the whole performance of supply chain.The traditional supply chain management with manufacturing enterprises as the core can not meet the needs of customers in product quality and response time, and the profit for enterprises is becoming smaller and smaller.Therefore, collaborative management has become a breakthrough in the profit of supply chain. By sharing information, unified planning and collaborative management, the total cost of supply chain can be reduced.Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the collaborative inventory management of single assembly supply chain.This paper first introduces the research status of single assembly supply chain and collaborative inventory management at home and abroad.Secondly, the related theories of supply chain, the knowledge of inventory management, the related concepts of single assembly and collaborative inventory are studied, and the existing problems in supply chain are analyzed.Then, by combining economic principles with supply chain management, the strategy of collaborative inventory management in single-assembly supply chain is put forward, which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the following model.Based on the analysis of the random demand of the products distributed by Poisson and the random ordering lead time of the suppliers and manufacturers of the service from the Poisson distribution, a multi-product and multi-demand system with the aim of solving the minimum cost is established in this paper.Collaborative inventory model of two-level single-level assembly supply chain that allows shortage.A hybrid parallel genetic algorithm is introduced, in which the improved step size acceleration method is used as the crossover operator, the decimal to binary transformation is used as the mutation operator, the migration operator is increased, and the maximum fitness iteration is used as the termination rule.The inventory and fixed order quantity of reorder point are obtained by multi-process parallel method when the cost is optimal.Hybrid parallel genetic algorithm shortens the time to solve the model and enhances the accuracy of the final solution.Through a certain scale of test data, the model is simulated and analyzed.The convergence and stability of the collaborative inventory model of single-assembly supply chain are verified by simulation data. It is proved that the model plays an important role in reducing inventory cost in different environments.Finally, the research results and conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the shortcomings of model building and algorithm design are analyzed, and some suggestions and thoughts on the future development of collaborative inventory management in single-assembly supply chain are put forward from a more universal point of view.
