汽車座椅項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)中供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究

【摘要】:伴隨全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的快速發(fā)展,汽車市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,為了適應(yīng)基于供應(yīng)鏈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,相關(guān)企業(yè)迫切需要從市場(chǎng)眾多良莠不齊的供應(yīng)商中挑選出適合自身發(fā)展要求的供應(yīng)商,并與之建立緊密聯(lián)系的新型戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。因此開展在項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)中的供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)研究日益受到汽車行業(yè)的廣泛重視,對(duì)相關(guān)企業(yè)降低供應(yīng)鏈總成本,提高自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力意義十分重大。 本文在對(duì)供應(yīng)商選擇與評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)概念、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)和方法進(jìn)行闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,,分析總結(jié)了F公司項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀和原有供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)體系中存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)汽車座椅制造項(xiàng)目歐米伽的具體實(shí)踐,甄選出適合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和要求的供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),從而對(duì)項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)中供應(yīng)商選擇與評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并采用主成分分析方法通過(guò)SPSS軟件對(duì)歐米伽項(xiàng)目的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了具體計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,所建供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)歐米伽項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)的實(shí)施起到了良好積極的作用,有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)的預(yù)期目標(biāo),并對(duì)F公司持續(xù)進(jìn)行針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)改進(jìn)起到了借鑒和參考作用,對(duì)于其它汽車座椅企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理實(shí)踐也具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, the competition in automobile market is becoming more and more intense. In order to adapt to the fierce market environment based on supply chain competition,There is an urgent need for the relevant enterprises to select the suppliers suitable for their own development from the numerous and intermingled suppliers in the market and to establish a new type of strategic partnership with which they are closely linked.Therefore, the research of supplier selection and evaluation in project procurement has been paid more and more attention by automobile industry, which is very important for the enterprises concerned to reduce the total cost of supply chain and improve their core competitiveness.On the basis of expatiating the related concepts, standards, techniques and methods of supplier selection and evaluation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of project procurement and the problems existing in the original supplier selection and evaluation system in F Company.In view of the specific practice of omega in automobile seat manufacturing project, the supplier selection evaluation index suitable for the characteristics and requirements of the project is selected, and the supplier selection and evaluation index system in project procurement is optimized.The supplier evaluation process of omega project is calculated by principal component analysis (PCA) software SPSS.The results show that the established supplier evaluation model plays a positive role in the implementation of Omega project procurement and helps to achieve the expected goal of project procurement.It can be used as a reference and reference for F Company to continue to evaluate and improve the supplier selection for the project, which is also of guiding significance to the supplier management practice of other automobile seat enterprises.
