【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用的發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟一體化程度加深,企業(yè)之間相互依賴程度增加,市場競爭激烈程度加劇,并且演變成為供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,由原材料供應(yīng)商—生產(chǎn)商—分銷商—零售商所組成的供應(yīng)鏈成為市場競爭的核心。基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的需要,企業(yè)之問建立起戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,共享市場信息,共同承擔(dān)風(fēng)險,并共同受益。在市場競爭白熱化的今天,企業(yè)要獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,尋求和選擇具備互補優(yōu)勢的合作伙伴、建立起穩(wěn)固的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系就顯得尤為重要;高效的供應(yīng)鏈運營要求企業(yè)之間實現(xiàn)相互信任、信息共享、優(yōu)勢互補、協(xié)同管理,其目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量、高效率、低成本、快速響應(yīng),最終獲得供應(yīng)鏈整體競爭優(yōu)勢。 本研究基于供應(yīng)鏈管理理論,研究供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴評價和選擇方法,分析了供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴的選擇流程,供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴評價指標(biāo)體系,供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴的評價方法,供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴評價指標(biāo)體系主要包括合作伙伴基本條件、合作伙伴內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)能力、合作伙伴合作能力等三個方面,各類指標(biāo)的基本入圍標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只有達到基本條件才能進入供應(yīng)鏈備選范圍。 本研究通過數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)—AHP供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴篩選模型分析備選企業(yè)的綜合效率,淘汰綜合效率偏低的備選企業(yè);進而運用AHP計算各級指標(biāo)權(quán)重,通過模糊判別矩陣,計算各備選企業(yè)綜合評價數(shù)值,以該量化數(shù)值的高低,對供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴進行選擇。在供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了供應(yīng)合作伙伴關(guān)系的維護;納什談判模型以及滿意度協(xié)商模型在供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系維系上的作用,尤其是探討利益分配在供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系中的維系作用,最后指出信息共享、公平信任、激勵互補、動態(tài)協(xié)同等是維系供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系有效措施。 本文主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一部分主要介紹研究背景、選題的意義,分析研究現(xiàn)狀、同時介紹本論文主要研究內(nèi)容和論文框架結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二部分主要分析本文參考的理論基礎(chǔ),重點介紹博弈論、交易成本、協(xié)同理論等,并指出建立供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴存在的問題等。 第三部分主要分析供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系的選擇,選擇模型、任務(wù)特征等進行分析。 第四部分主要分析供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇模型等等。 第五部分主要分析XT公司供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴協(xié)同管理,主要包括合作競爭管理、風(fēng)險管理。 第六部分主要是結(jié)合實際情況,以XT公司為例,進行實證分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and its applications, the degree of global economic integration has deepened, the degree of interdependence between enterprises has increased, the market competition has intensified, and has evolved into competition between supply chains.Supply chain composed of raw material supplier-producer-distributor-retailer becomes the core of market competition.Based on the need of supply chain management, enterprises establish strategic partnership, share market information, share risks, and benefit together.In the fierce competition in the market today, it is particularly important for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, seek and select partners with complementary advantages, and establish a firm strategic partnership.Efficient supply chain operation requires enterprises to achieve mutual trust, information sharing, complementary advantages, collaborative management, its goal is to achieve high quality, high efficiency, low cost, rapid response, and finally obtain the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain.Based on the supply chain management theory, this paper studies the evaluation and selection methods of the supply chain partners, analyzes the selection process of the supply chain partners, the evaluation index system of the supply chain partners, and the evaluation methods of the supply chain partners.The evaluation index system of supply chain partners mainly includes three aspects: the basic conditions of partners, the internal business ability of partners, the cooperation ability of partners, and the basic shortlist criteria of all kinds of indicators.Only meet the basic conditions to enter the supply chain options.In this study, the comprehensive efficiency of alternative enterprises is analyzed by data enveloping AHP supply chain partner selection model, and the low comprehensive efficiency of alternative enterprises is eliminated, and then the index weight of all levels is calculated by using AHP, and the fuzzy discriminant matrix is used.The comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative enterprise is calculated, and the supply chain partner is selected according to the quantitative value.Based on the selection of supply chain partners, this paper discusses the maintenance of supply partnership, the role of Nash negotiation model and satisfaction negotiation model in the maintenance of supply chain partnership.In particular, the paper discusses the role of benefit distribution in the maintenance of supply chain partnership, and finally points out that information sharing, fair trust, incentive complementarity, dynamic collaboration are effective measures to maintain supply chain partnership.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the analysis of the status quo, and introduces the main research content and the structure of the paper.The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of this paper, focuses on the introduction of game theory, transaction costs, coordination theory, and points out the problems of establishing supply chain partners.The third part mainly analyzes the selection of supply chain partnership, selection model, task characteristics and so on.The fourth part mainly analyzes the supply chain partner selection model and so on.The fifth part mainly analyzes the collaborative management of supply chain partners in XT Company, including cooperative competition management and risk management.The sixth part mainly combines the actual situation, taking XT company as an example, carries on the empirical analysis.
