【摘要】：在全球化的背景下，中國(guó)企業(yè)經(jīng)歷著關(guān)系文化與西方商業(yè)文化的沖突，中國(guó)社會(huì)的“關(guān)系”鏈接對(duì)供應(yīng)商選擇的影響增加著供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此，研究中國(guó)企業(yè)在供應(yīng)商選擇階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與控制，并提出相應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商選擇方法是非常有意義的。 本文首先回顧了供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的文獻(xiàn)，繪制出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素圖譜。其次，從中國(guó)企業(yè)的失敗案例中識(shí)別了關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并通過企業(yè)關(guān)系成本的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，，企業(yè)間關(guān)系對(duì)供應(yīng)商選擇的影響會(huì)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)生較大的不確定性，是供應(yīng)鏈管理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。本文提出在供應(yīng)商選擇階段將關(guān)系作為一種評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則對(duì)候選方案評(píng)優(yōu)，即對(duì)關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行有效控制。再次，本文對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商選擇準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估并按其交互性分類：在針對(duì)非交互性的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題中，改進(jìn)了收斂性與多樣性更平衡的多目標(biāo)量子粒子群算法，以求得分散性更好、閾值更廣的非劣解集；同時(shí)，本文擴(kuò)展了關(guān)系成本的理論并根據(jù)成本－有效性原理研究了企業(yè)關(guān)系成本的測(cè)算及關(guān)系成本效率的評(píng)價(jià)方法，將其應(yīng)用到非劣解集中進(jìn)行交互式?jīng)Q策，最后獲得令決策者滿意的解。 本文完善了企業(yè)關(guān)系成本的理論研究，識(shí)別了中國(guó)企業(yè)的關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，為中國(guó)企業(yè)解決供應(yīng)商選擇問題提供了一種方法。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, Chinese enterprises are experiencing the conflict between relationship culture and western business culture. The influence of "relationship" link in Chinese society on supplier selection increases the risk of supply chain.Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the risk identification and control of Chinese enterprises in the supplier selection stage and propose the corresponding supplier selection methods.Firstly, this paper reviews the literature of supply chain risk management and draws out the map of risk factors.Secondly, the relationship risk is identified from the failure cases of Chinese enterprises, and verified by the questionnaire of enterprise relationship cost.The results show that the influence of inter-firm relationship on supplier selection will lead to greater uncertainty in supply chain management and is a risk factor in supply chain management.In this paper, it is proposed that the relationship should be used as an evaluation criterion to evaluate the candidate scheme in the supplier selection stage, that is, to effectively control the risk of the relationship.Thirdly, this paper evaluates the risk of supplier selection criteria in Chinese enterprises and classifies them according to their interactivity. In the multi-objective optimization problem of non-interactivity, the multi-objective quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm, which is more balanced between convergence and diversity, is improved.In order to obtain a set of non-inferior solutions with better dispersion and wider threshold value, this paper extends the theory of relational cost and studies the calculation of enterprise relationship cost and the evaluation method of relational cost efficiency according to the cost-effectiveness principle.It is applied to the noninferior solution set for interactive decision making. Finally, the solution satisfactory to the decision maker is obtained.In this paper, the theoretical research on the cost of enterprise relationship is improved, and the risk factors of the relationship of Chinese enterprises are identified, which provides a method for Chinese enterprises to solve the problem of supplier selection.
