【摘要】：在農(nóng)超對接模式日益普及的趨勢下,目前對于農(nóng)超對接模式的研究越來越多,而其運行效率的研究則是目前的研究熱點。農(nóng)戶和超市的直接接觸使雙方關(guān)系對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道效率的影響作用逐漸擴大,因此農(nóng)戶心理契約會影響到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通效率。鑒于此,本文研究的主要問題就是心理契約和流通效率之間的關(guān)系機制。為了解這一關(guān)系機制,本文梳理了農(nóng)超對接模式下的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通效率領(lǐng)域的主要研究成果和學(xué)術(shù)觀點,通過對已有資料文獻的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)戶心理契約對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通效率有正向的影響,這種關(guān)系對農(nóng)超對接模式下農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道關(guān)系的治理機制具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of the agricultural super docking mode, there are more and more researches on the agricultural super docking mode, and the research on its operational efficiency is a hot research topic at present.The direct contact between farmers and supermarkets makes the influence of the relationship between the two sides on the circulation channel efficiency of agricultural products gradually expanded, so the psychological contract of farmers will affect the circulation efficiency of agricultural products.In view of this, the main problem of this paper is the relationship between psychological contract and circulation efficiency.In order to understand the mechanism of this relationship, this paper combs the main research achievements and academic viewpoints in the field of agricultural product circulation efficiency under the mode of agricultural super docking, and through the analysis of the existing literature,It is found that the psychological contract of farmers has a positive effect on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products, and this relationship is of guiding significance to the governance mechanism of the distribution channel relationship of agricultural products under the mode of agricultural super docking.
