制造商對Supply-Hub的物流服務質(zhì)量激勵契約研究

【摘要】:基于Supply-Hub的供應物流協(xié)同運作是在VMI基礎上發(fā)展而來。通過對供應鏈上物流、信息流和資金流的有效整合、協(xié)調(diào)和控制,它能夠按照JIT配送方式將零部件等原材料整體配套地直送生產(chǎn)工位,使生產(chǎn)與供應達到協(xié)同運作,支持多品種、小批量、多批次地混流生產(chǎn),是規(guī)模化定制生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下的一種有效的物流運作模式。隨著市場競爭的加劇,物流服務質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為供應物流協(xié)同運作實施成功的關鍵因素。為了避免簽約前的逆向選擇問題和簽約后的道德風險問題,對Supply-Hub的物流服務質(zhì)量進行評價和激勵是提高供應鏈整體服務質(zhì)量和競爭力的重要途徑。 本文從供應與生產(chǎn)協(xié)同運行的角度出發(fā),根據(jù)Supply-Hub運作的特點,分析了基于Supply-Hub的供應物流協(xié)同運作機理,描述了該模式的角色、功能、協(xié)同運作過程,建立了基于Supply-Hub的供應物流兩階段模型,,并對Supply-Hub的物流服務質(zhì)量評價和激勵問題進行了深入研究。 首先,分析了影響Supply-Hub物流服務質(zhì)量的因素,借鑒SERVQUAL服務質(zhì)量評價方法,從服務保證性、服務響應性、服務可靠性和服務柔性這四個維度設計了制造商對Supply-Hub物流服務質(zhì)量的評價指標體系。 其次,Supply-Hub為提高物流服務可靠性,需要提高信息準確性、物流準時性、貨物正確性、貨物完好性這四項任務,應用信息經(jīng)濟學理論,建立了制造商與第三方Supply-Hub之間的多任務委托代理模型,求解模型,并分析了不同參數(shù)對激勵強度的影響。 最后,鑒于第三方Supply-Hub在集并入庫和分撥配送階段可能會選擇不同的努力水平,當供應商將觀測到的第三方Supply-Hub在集并入庫階段努力的結(jié)果信息與制造商進行共享時,建立了供應物流外包服務質(zhì)量兩階段激勵契約模型,求解模型,分析并討論了當制造商不同努力偏好時,不同信息共享水平對激勵契約的影響,為制造商在供應物流外包中制定合理的物流外包契約提供理論指導。
[Abstract]:The cooperative operation of supply logistics based on Supply-Hub is developed on the basis of VMI.Through the effective integration, coordination and control of the logistics, information flow and capital flow in the supply chain, it can deliver the raw materials such as parts and components directly to the production stations according to the JIT distribution mode, so that the production and supply can be coordinated.It is an effective logistics operation mode to support multi-variety, small batch and multi-batch mixed production.With the aggravation of market competition, logistics service quality has become the key factor for the successful implementation of supply logistics coordination operation.In order to avoid the problem of adverse selection before contract and moral hazard after signing, the evaluation and encouragement of logistics service quality of Supply-Hub is an important way to improve the overall service quality and competitiveness of supply chain.According to the characteristics of Supply-Hub operation, this paper analyzes the mechanism of supply logistics coordination operation based on Supply-Hub, and describes the role, function and cooperative operation process of this mode.The two-stage model of supply logistics based on Supply-Hub is established, and the evaluation and incentive of logistics service quality of Supply-Hub are studied deeply.First of all, it analyzes the factors that affect the service quality of Supply-Hub logistics, and draws lessons from the evaluation method of SERVQUAL service quality, from the service assurance, service responsiveness,The four dimensions of service reliability and service flexibility are designed to evaluate the service quality of Supply-Hub logistics.Secondly, in order to improve the reliability of logistics service, Supply-Hub needs to improve the accuracy of information, the timeliness of logistics, the correctness of goods and the integrity of goods.A multi-task principal-agent model between manufacturer and third-party Supply-Hub is established and solved. The influence of different parameters on incentive strength is analyzed.Finally, given that third-party Supply-Hub may choose different levels of effort during the integration and storage and distribution phases, when suppliers share the observed results of third-party Supply-Hub efforts during the aggregation and storage phases,This paper establishes a two-stage incentive contract model for service quality of supply logistics outsourcing, analyzes and discusses the influence of different levels of information sharing on incentive contracts when manufacturers have different efforts and preferences.To provide theoretical guidance for manufacturers to formulate reasonable logistics outsourcing contracts in supply logistics outsourcing.
