【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,在市場競爭環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜的情況下,單純依靠企業(yè)自身努力很難有長足的發(fā)展,因而,物流管理以其從整體角度出發(fā),協(xié)調(diào)上下游企業(yè)關(guān)系,謀求共同發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)而日漸成為企業(yè)研究的重點(diǎn),逐步上升為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略層面的管理模式。因此,對(duì)于物流管理的研究對(duì)企業(yè)的意義很大。本文選取在礦山機(jī)械行業(yè)具有代表性的美卓礦機(jī)公司其分銷中心作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合對(duì)物流管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí)的研究,通過闡述企業(yè)物流管理現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于企業(yè)采購管理、庫存管理、配送管理等方面的分析,提出其在物流管理方面需要改進(jìn)優(yōu)化的方面,并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施建議。本文主要內(nèi)容分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分是緒論章節(jié),作為論文的開端,主要闡述論文的研究背景,同時(shí)羅列國內(nèi)以及國際上已經(jīng)有的研究成果,結(jié)合本企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,確定論文研究框架。第二部分是理論敘述章節(jié)。主要對(duì)已被認(rèn)證相對(duì)成熟的物流管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行陳述,在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上闡述物流運(yùn)作的協(xié)調(diào)管理及網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建,為論文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分介紹企業(yè)物流管理現(xiàn)狀,主要介紹公司情況,分銷中心在公司中所處的地位和作用,詳細(xì)描述分銷中心當(dāng)前的物流管理運(yùn)作模式及各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀。第四部分對(duì)企業(yè)物流管理存在問題分析,指出企業(yè)在實(shí)行物流管理運(yùn)作模式時(shí)存在的問題,通過對(duì)各環(huán)節(jié)運(yùn)作情況進(jìn)行分析找出需要改進(jìn)的地方,以及相應(yīng)的成因分析。最后一章提出物流管理改進(jìn)措施建議,通過對(duì)于存在問題提出合理的解決方案,詳細(xì)闡述企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中各環(huán)節(jié)所采取的改進(jìn)措施,從而完善企業(yè)的物流管理。通過對(duì)物流管理的改進(jìn)措施,給美卓礦機(jī)公司分銷中心運(yùn)營管理模式提供借鑒和解決方案,使其物流管理的環(huán)節(jié)更加趨于合理化,從而有效的提高客戶服務(wù)水平,提高企業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the integration of global economy and the increasingly complex market competition environment, it is difficult to make great progress by relying solely on enterprises' own efforts. Therefore, logistics management coordinates the relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises from the overall point of view.The characteristics of seeking common development gradually become the focus of enterprise research, and gradually rise to the management mode of enterprise strategy level.Therefore, the study of logistics management is of great significance to enterprises.In this paper, the representative mine machinery company in the mining machinery company its distribution center as the research object, combined with the logistics management related theoretical knowledge, through the elaboration of the current situation of enterprise logistics management, for enterprise procurement management,This paper analyzes the inventory management and distribution management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve and optimize the logistics management.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction chapter, as the beginning of the paper, mainly describes the research background of the paper, at the same time lists the domestic and international existing research results, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.Determine the research framework of the paper.The second part is the theoretical chapter.This paper mainly describes the related theories of logistics management that have been certified relatively mature, and expounds the coordination management and network construction of logistics operation on the basis of existing research, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The third part introduces the current situation of enterprise logistics management, mainly introduces the situation of the company, the status and role of the distribution center in the company, describes in detail the current logistics management operation mode and business process of the distribution center.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems of enterprise logistics management, points out the problems existing in the implementation of logistics management operation mode, through the analysis of the operation of each link to find out the need for improvement, as well as the corresponding cause of formation analysis.In the last chapter, the improvement measures of logistics management are put forward, and the reasonable solutions to the existing problems are put forward, and the improvement measures adopted in each link of the enterprise supply chain are elaborated in detail, so as to perfect the logistics management of the enterprise.Through the improvement measures of logistics management, it can provide reference and solution to the operation and management mode of the distribution center of Mejo Mining Machinery Company, make the logistics management link more reasonable, thus effectively improve the level of customer service.Improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
