【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),成本管理一直是企業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何降低企業(yè)成本,特別是降低物流成本的問(wèn)題,已經(jīng)成為決定一個(gè)企業(yè)能否生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,圍繞這個(gè)話題,文章展開(kāi)了深入研究。本文首先論述了“精細(xì)化管理”及“物流精細(xì)化管理”的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。研究了“精細(xì)化管理”的含義、六西格瑪管理的方法、4E理念的內(nèi)含。其次,詳細(xì)分析了A市煙草物流中心當(dāng)前工作現(xiàn)狀。主要是針對(duì)各環(huán)節(jié)業(yè)務(wù)流程,摸清當(dāng)前A市物流中心倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、分揀、行政辦公等環(huán)節(jié)的工作流程及特點(diǎn);各環(huán)節(jié)作業(yè)質(zhì)量,摸清當(dāng)前A市物流中心倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、分揀、行政辦公等環(huán)節(jié)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀;物流中心人員組織架構(gòu),研究當(dāng)前A市物流中心工作人員的相關(guān)組織架構(gòu)。然后,挖掘出A市煙草物流中心當(dāng)前物流工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)研究A市煙草物流中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程、作業(yè)質(zhì)量、組織架構(gòu)、規(guī)章制度等,找出作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存在的問(wèn)題。最后,提出A市煙草物流中心當(dāng)前物流工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)精細(xì)化管理解決方案。針對(duì)A市煙草物流中心各環(huán)節(jié)存在的問(wèn)題,做出相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)研究、組織架構(gòu)、規(guī)章制度等設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:For a long time, cost management has always been the focus of attention of enterprises. In the face of fierce market competition, how to reduce enterprise costs, especially the issue of reducing logistics costs, has become the key to the survival and development of an enterprise. Focusing on this topic, the paper makes a thorough study. Firstly, this paper discusses the scientific connotation of "fine management" and "refined management of logistics", and studies the meaning of "refined management". The six Sigma Management method contains the concept of "4e". Secondly, the current working situation of the Tobacco Logistics Center in A City is analyzed in detail. The main purpose is to find out the current storage and sorting of the logistics center in A City according to the business process of each link. The work flow and characteristics of administrative office and other links, the quality of operation in each link, the current situation of warehouse, sorting, administrative office and other links of logistics center in A city, the organization structure of logistics center personnel, This paper studies the related organization structure of the staff of A city logistics center. Then, it excavates the problems existing in the current logistics work field of A city tobacco logistics center. By studying the business process and operation quality of the tobacco logistics center in A city, Organizational structure, rules and regulations, to find out the existing problems on the job site. Finally, put forward a detailed management solution for the current logistics work of the Tobacco Logistics Center in A City. In view of the problems in each link of the Tobacco Logistics Center in A City, Make the corresponding site work research, organizational structure, rules and regulations and other design plans.
