【摘要】：全球化和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)越來(lái)越多的面臨著來(lái)自環(huán)境變化的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)必須科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地制定相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,動(dòng)態(tài)地進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略管理,才能長(zhǎng)久地立足于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中。長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械有限公司是一家新型現(xiàn)代化制動(dòng)器生產(chǎn)實(shí)體,主營(yíng)抽油機(jī)、制動(dòng)器等,擁有60多項(xiàng)專利,這些專利技術(shù)成為公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的主要來(lái)源,其業(yè)務(wù)、發(fā)展與國(guó)內(nèi)外石油行業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。公司秉承為廣大客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,銳意進(jìn)取,致力于成為技術(shù)型、高成長(zhǎng)型企業(yè)。然而,隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,公司必須加強(qiáng)其內(nèi)部管理,尤其是公司的戰(zhàn)略管理。論文旨在通過(guò)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,在梳理分析公司所面對(duì)的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)及擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,幫助長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械制定其戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的目標(biāo)及規(guī)劃。本文主要有5大部分。首先,整理回顧戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn),尤其是戰(zhàn)略管理的過(guò)程模型及戰(zhàn)略確定的分析模型。其次,對(duì)長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械面臨的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,識(shí)別出其面對(duì)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第三,對(duì)公司內(nèi)部資源及能力進(jìn)行分析,梳理公司擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),以揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。第四,基礎(chǔ)SWOT分析,制定長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)。第五,戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)施及其控制調(diào)整。通過(guò)回顧文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)資料,梳理了石油機(jī)械行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)長(zhǎng)江石油現(xiàn)在的具體現(xiàn)狀分析,制定了長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械的戰(zhàn)略管理規(guī)劃。主旨是:長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械有限公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是打造國(guó)內(nèi)一流國(guó)際知名的高效節(jié)能油氣開(kāi)采設(shè)備系統(tǒng)集成服務(wù)供應(yīng)商,具體實(shí)施策略包括整合產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈資源、打造自主品牌、增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)技術(shù)改造、強(qiáng)化企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力、推動(dòng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品高端化發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理等八個(gè)方面。顯然的,以長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械為研究對(duì)象,本文提出的戰(zhàn)略管理規(guī)劃對(duì)長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展具有較大的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。此外,對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的研究不僅有利于我們把握中國(guó)石油機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的理論支持,而且制定的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)長(zhǎng)江石油機(jī)械的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展也將有非常重要的指導(dǎo)意義。因此,本論文的研究將會(huì)有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization and information technology, more and more enterprises are facing the challenge from the change of environment. Enterprises must make the corresponding strategic planning scientifically and systematically, and carry out the strategic management dynamically. Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new type of modern brake production entity, main pumping units, brakes and so on, with more than 60 patents. These patented technologies have become the main source of the company's competitive advantage, and its business and development are closely related to the development of the petroleum industry at home and abroad. However, as the competition intensifies, the company must strengthen its internal management, especially the strategic management of the company. On the basis of challenges and advantages and disadvantages, it helps the Yangtze oil machinery to formulate its strategic transformation objectives and plans. This paper mainly consists of five parts. First, review the literature related to strategic management. In particular, the process model of strategic management and the analysis model of strategic determination. Secondly, the external environment faced by the Yangtze oil machinery is analyzed to identify the opportunities and challenges it faces. Thirdly, the internal resources and capabilities of the company are analyzed. Combing the strengths and weaknesses of the company in order to make up for each other's weaknesses. Fourth, based on the SWOT analysis, to formulate the strategic transformation objectives of the Yangtze oil machinery. Fifth, the implementation of the strategic objectives and their control adjustments. By reviewing the literature and related materials, Combing the current situation of the development of petroleum machinery industry, through the analysis of the current situation of the Yangtze oil, The strategic management plan of the Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. has been formulated. The strategic goal of the Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is to create a first-class and internationally renowned integrated service provider of high efficiency and energy saving oil and gas production equipment system in China. Specific implementation strategies include integrating industrial supply chain resources, building independent brands, enhancing independent innovation ability, strengthening enterprise technological transformation, strengthening enterprise service innovation ability, and promoting the high-end development of enterprise products. Obviously, taking the Yangtze oil machinery as the research object, the strategic management plan put forward in this paper has great guidance and reference significance for the strategic transformation and development of the Yangtze oil machinery. The research on this issue is not only helpful for us to grasp the development trend of China's petroleum machinery industry, but also provides corresponding theoretical support for the development of enterprises in the industry. Moreover, the development strategy will also have very important guiding significance for the transformation and development of the Yangtze oil machinery. Therefore, the study of this paper will have a strong practical significance and practical application value.
