【摘要】：對制造企業(yè)而言,庫存問題是衡量企業(yè)管理成功與否的關鍵指標,也是決定企業(yè)后續(xù)能否持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的決定因素。在供應鏈管理模式下,庫存管理的控制效果不僅影響單一企業(yè)的綜合成本,而且決定著整條供應鏈的運作效率和競爭力。因此,對供應鏈環(huán)境下庫存控制的研究具有重要的理論和現實意義。J公司是電子制造服務行業(yè)內技術領先、信譽過硬的一流跨國企業(yè),公司的發(fā)展策略是“從企業(yè)的運營管理出發(fā),通過精益生產實現經濟效益”。庫存占用大量資金,是企業(yè)物料管理的核心環(huán)節(jié),它不僅關系到企業(yè)的運營成本和經營風險,還影響對客戶的服務水平,因此庫存管理是J公司日常運營管理中的重點。 論文首先介紹了供應鏈的有關概念,闡述了庫存的定義、作用,對傳統(tǒng)模式下的庫存管理和供應鏈模式下的庫存管理進行了比對分析,并對供應鏈環(huán)境下的庫存策略進行了簡要的介紹。在此基礎上,結合J公司庫存管理的現狀系統(tǒng)歸納了其庫存管理中存在的問題,并分析了導致問題產生的原因。之后,針對不同層面的問題提出了優(yōu)化管理的方法：從客戶和需求管理角度出發(fā)提出了加強客戶管理,執(zhí)行物料需求模擬評估流程,建立集成化的供應鏈信息系統(tǒng)等策略；從供應商管理角度提出了提高與供應商信息技術合作水平,推廣SA協(xié)議下的供應商管理庫存模式,提高對供應商的控制能力等策略；從企業(yè)內部管理角度提出了采購組織結構變革,控制成套入料,加強對呆滯物料的處理等策略。 論文旨在通過對供應鏈環(huán)境下庫存管理理論的深入理解并結合對現實管理中的不足之處的反思,為J公司的庫存管理模式找到更有效的方案。希望J公司能夠在新方案的指導下進行更有效的庫存管理。同時希望本研究對同行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)能起到啟示和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:For manufacturing enterprises, inventory problem is the key index to measure the success of enterprise management, and it is also the decisive factor to determine whether the enterprise can continue to develop healthily or not. The control effect of inventory management not only affects the comprehensive cost of a single enterprise, but also determines the operation efficiency and competitiveness of the whole supply chain. The research on inventory control in the supply chain environment has important theoretical and practical significance. J Company is the leading multinational enterprise in the electronic manufacturing service industry. The development strategy of the company is "starting from the operation and management of the enterprise." Realizing economic benefits through lean production ". Inventory occupies a large amount of capital and is the core link of enterprise material management. It not only relates to the operating cost and operating risk of the enterprise, but also affects the service level to the customer. Therefore, inventory management is the focus of J company's daily operation management. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of supply chain, expounds the definition and function of inventory, and compares inventory management in traditional mode with inventory management in supply chain mode. On the basis of this, combined with the current situation of inventory management in J Company, the problems in inventory management are summarized, and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Aiming at the problems of different levels, this paper puts forward the methods of optimizing management: from the point of view of customer and demand management, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as strengthening customer management, carrying out the flow of material requirement simulation evaluation, and establishing an integrated supply chain information system. From the point of view of supplier management, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as improving the level of information technology cooperation with suppliers, popularizing the model of vendor management inventory under SA protocol, and improving the control ability of suppliers. From the point of view of internal management of enterprises, the paper puts forward some strategies, such as the reform of purchasing organization structure, the control of complete sets of materials, and the strengthening of the treatment of stagnant materials. The purpose of this paper is to understand the inventory management theory in the supply chain environment and to reflect on the deficiency of the real management. It is hoped that J company can carry out more effective inventory management under the guidance of the new scheme. At the same time, it is hoped that this study can enlighten and draw lessons from other enterprises in the same industry.
