【摘要】:隨著國(guó)際市場(chǎng)一體化和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)全球化趨勢(shì)加深,國(guó)際貿(mào)易量大大增加,推動(dòng)了港口規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大。港口作為國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易的最佳結(jié)合點(diǎn)、全球供應(yīng)鏈的樞紐和節(jié)點(diǎn),在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中占有極為重要的地位?v觀中國(guó)海岸線上的大小港口,每一個(gè)都是經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體,既承接著國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際的商業(yè)貿(mào)易,也引領(lǐng)著港口所在地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,并在我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展建設(shè)中起著舉足輕重的作用。港口與地區(qū)發(fā)展之間是存在著相互作用的關(guān)系,港口可以驅(qū)動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)著地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,而港口的發(fā)展除了要得益于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)和其先天有利條件外,更與港口通過能力有著密不可分的關(guān)系。港口通過能力是衡量港口生產(chǎn)水平與發(fā)展程度的重要指標(biāo),其大小取決于泊位子系統(tǒng)、集疏運(yùn)子系統(tǒng)、庫場(chǎng)子系統(tǒng)和裝卸子系統(tǒng)的通過能力情況。而港口營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力更直接反映了一定時(shí)期內(nèi)港口實(shí)際通過的貨運(yùn)量,在有限的港口資源配置條件下,對(duì)港口營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力展開研究有助于港口適應(yīng)貨運(yùn)吞吐量增加所帶來的作業(yè)壓力。 天津港是我國(guó)北方最大的綜合性港口,散礦是其作業(yè)的重要貨種之一。天津港散礦碼頭憑借良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和優(yōu)質(zhì)的碼頭服務(wù)吸引著越來越多的貨主與船舶,并且隨著我國(guó)鐵礦石進(jìn)口量的攀升,提升其營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力關(guān)系到碼頭的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合港口通過能力的相關(guān)理論,分析了天津港散礦碼頭的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指明當(dāng)前碼頭接卸作業(yè)中存在的問題,并通過構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系綜合評(píng)價(jià)了當(dāng)前碼頭營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力的外部適應(yīng)性,又運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法分析了主要因素對(duì)碼頭營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力的影響程度,最后綜合天津港散礦碼頭的存在問題和定量分析結(jié)果,分別從碼頭發(fā)展規(guī)劃、泊位建設(shè)、庫場(chǎng)利用和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平對(duì)天津港散礦碼頭營(yíng)運(yùn)通過能力的提升提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the trend of integration of international market and globalization of economic activities, the volume of international trade has increased greatly, which has promoted the continuous expansion of port scale. As the best combination of domestic and foreign trade, port is the hub and node of global supply chain. It plays an extremely important role in the development of regional economy and even the national economy. Looking at the ports and ports on China's coastline, each of them is an economic entity, undertaking domestic and international commercial trade, It also leads the economic development of the region where the port is located, and plays an important role in the modernization development of our country. There is an interactive relationship between the port and the regional development, and the port can drive the development of the regional economy. It promotes the adjustment of the regional industrial structure, and the development of the port should not only benefit from the regional economic impetus and its innate favorable conditions, Port passing capacity is an important index to measure the level of port production and development, and its size depends on berth subsystem, collection and distribution subsystem. The passing capacity of the warehouse sub-system and the loading and unloading subsystem. And the port operational passing capacity directly reflects the actual cargo volume passing through the port in a certain period of time. Under the condition of limited port resource allocation, The research on the capacity of port operation is helpful for port to adapt to the operational pressure caused by the increase of cargo throughput. Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive port in the north of China, and bulk mining is one of the important cargo types in its operation. With its good location advantage and high quality terminal service, Tianjin Port bulk wharf attracts more and more cargo owners and ships. And with the increasing import of iron ore in China, improving its operational capacity is related to the competitive strength and stable development of the wharf. Based on the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper combines the relevant theory of port transit capacity. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of Tianjin Port bulk mine wharf, points out the problems existing in the current terminal connection and unloading operation, and comprehensively evaluates the external adaptability of the current terminal operation capacity by constructing the index system. The influence of main factors on the capacity of terminal operation is analyzed by using grey correlation degree method. Finally, the existing problems and quantitative analysis results of Tianjin Port bulk mining wharf are synthesized, respectively, from the wharf development planning and berth construction. The utilization and management level of storage yard can improve the operational capacity of Tianjin Port bulk Mine Wharf.
