【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下,采購(gòu)的地位發(fā)生了巨大的變化。采購(gòu)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的核心環(huán)節(jié)之一,是獲取利潤(rùn)的重要來(lái)源,在企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、質(zhì)量保證、供應(yīng)鏈管理及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的作用越來(lái)越突出和重要。新形勢(shì)下,采購(gòu)直接影響著企業(yè)最終產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)和企業(yè)的利潤(rùn),良好的采購(gòu)管理模式可以降低采購(gòu)成本,直接增加企業(yè)的收益和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而有利于企業(yè)在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)贏得優(yōu)勢(shì)。在機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,如何轉(zhuǎn)變采購(gòu)方式、加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)管理、預(yù)防采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等問(wèn)題正是各個(gè)企業(yè)尤其是生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè)亟需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。本文將以HD股份有限公司的采購(gòu)管理為研究對(duì)象,在介紹供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下采購(gòu)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)下,結(jié)合HD股份有限公司在采購(gòu)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,并且考慮企業(yè)自身所具有的特點(diǎn),對(duì)HD股份有限公司采購(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和重組,最后對(duì)采購(gòu)管理過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行深入剖析,以期增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。HD股份有限公司作為一家大型上市企業(yè),其在采購(gòu)管理中尤其在有色金屬原料采購(gòu)過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題具有很強(qiáng)的代表性。本文通過(guò)對(duì)HD股份有限公司采購(gòu)管理中存在問(wèn)題和不足進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的剖析,從而提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決措施、方法和工具,并希望對(duì)類似企業(yè)的采購(gòu)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of supply chain management, the status of purchasing has changed greatly. Procurement has become one of the core links of enterprise management, and is an important source of profit. The role of supply chain management and management is more and more prominent and important. Under the new situation, purchasing directly affects the pricing of the final product and the profit of the enterprise. A good purchasing management model can reduce the purchasing cost. It is beneficial for enterprises to win advantages in the fierce competitive market. In the competitive environment where opportunities and challenges coexist, how to change the procurement mode and strengthen procurement management, The prevention of purchasing risk is the key problem that all enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, need to solve. This paper takes the purchasing management of HD Co., Ltd as the research object, and introduces the purchasing management theory in the supply chain environment. Combined with the problems existing in the purchasing process of HD Co., Ltd., and considering the characteristics of the enterprise itself, this paper optimizes and reorganizes the purchase of HD Co., Ltd., and finally analyzes the risks in the process of purchasing management. In order to enhance the core competitiveness and anti-risk ability of enterprises. HD Co., Ltd., as a large listed enterprise, The problems in purchasing management, especially in the process of procurement of non-ferrous materials, are very representative. This paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the procurement management of HD Co., Ltd. Therefore, the corresponding solutions, methods and tools are put forward, and it is hoped that the procurement of similar enterprises will have some guiding and referential significance.
