【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議是中國未來產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心,在推進的過程中必將面臨地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、環(huán)境資源瓶頸和生態(tài)稟賦脆弱等挑戰(zhàn),從而催生出環(huán)境保護和綠色發(fā)展的配套制度需求。綠色供應鏈機制在保障"一帶一路"建設良性有序推進中可以起到維護產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)保底線、促進區(qū)域污染共治、規(guī)避貿(mào)易環(huán)境壁壘和助力多邊環(huán)境外交的作用。提出了在"一帶一路"推進過程中同步建立綠色供應鏈制度體系的建議,并從積極的公共政策引導、高效的信息共享平臺和創(chuàng)新的綠色金融模式等方面提出了推進綠色供應鏈制度建設的構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is the core of China's future industrial economic development. In the process of promoting it, it is bound to face challenges such as regional economic development, bottleneck of environmental resources and fragile ecological endowment. The green supply chain mechanism can safeguard the environmental protection bottom line of industry development and promote regional pollution management in order to ensure the construction of "Belt and Road". The role of circumventing trade and environmental barriers and helping multilateral environmental diplomacy. This paper puts forward the suggestion of establishing green supply chain system simultaneously in the process of "Belt and Road", and leads from active public policy. The efficient information sharing platform and the innovative green financial model are put forward to promote the construction of green supply chain system.
