【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷發(fā)展,外部市場(chǎng)競爭日益激烈,企業(yè)如何通過信息化,尤其是EPR來提升企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理水平,并且降低運(yùn)營成本,減少浪費(fèi),以適應(yīng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢(shì),已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)普遍關(guān)注的問題。本文全面介紹了舍弗勒寧夏SAP的實(shí)施,尤其是供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的應(yīng)用情況,為正在實(shí)施或準(zhǔn)備實(shí)施ERP的企業(yè)提供了生動(dòng)的案例。 舍弗勒寧夏有限公司是舍弗勒集團(tuán)在大中華區(qū)最后實(shí)現(xiàn)SAP上線的子公司,為提高其信息化和綜合管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息統(tǒng)一化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,公司決定通過全面實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng),以達(dá)到降低成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)價(jià)值最大化的目標(biāo)。 本文首先重點(diǎn)介紹了信息化管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理以及ERP基本原理、SAP的核心模塊以及各模塊之間的關(guān)系。然后介紹了舍弗勒寧夏SAP實(shí)施和應(yīng)用情況,可以清楚地了解舍弗勒寧夏實(shí)施SAP的過程,還可以知道具體業(yè)務(wù)是如何在SAP系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的。接著對(duì)SAP在舍弗勒寧夏的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),最后,提出舍弗勒寧夏SAP應(yīng)用中存在的問題以及改進(jìn)對(duì)策。 舍弗勒寧夏SAP實(shí)施和應(yīng)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得其他企業(yè)借鑒,它的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可為其他同類企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP時(shí)作為參考,使其他企業(yè)有效避免在實(shí)施和應(yīng)用的過程中重蹈覆轍。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration, the external market competition is becoming more and more fierce. How to improve the supply chain management level of enterprises through information technology, especially EPR, and reduce the operation cost and waste. In order to adapt to the trend of global economic integration, it has become a common concern of enterprises. This paper introduces the implementation of SAP in Schaeffler Ningxia, especially the application of supply chain management. Provides vivid examples for enterprises that are implementing or preparing to implement ERP. Schaeffler Ningxia Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Schaeffler Group in Greater China that has finally implemented SAP. In order to improve its informatization and comprehensive management level, realize information unification and standardization, the company decided to implement ERP system in an all-round way. To achieve the goal of reducing cost and maximizing enterprise value. This paper first introduces the information management, supply chain management and the basic principles of ERP and the relationship between them, then introduces the implementation and application of SAP in Schaeffler Ningxia. It is clear to understand the process of implementing SAP in Schaeffler Ningxia and how the specific business is realized in SAP system. Then the application of SAP in Schaeffler Ningxia is evaluated. The problems existing in the application of SAP in Schaeffler Ningxia and the improvement measures are put forward. The experience of SAP implementation and application in Schaeffler Ningxia is worthy of reference by other enterprises, and its experience can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises to implement ERP, so that other enterprises can effectively avoid repeating the same mistakes in the process of implementation and application.
