再生資源供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行與協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著資源匱乏程度的加深,生活環(huán)境要求的提高,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加居,在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大背景下,迫切需求再生資源企業(yè)改變傳統(tǒng)落后的組織運(yùn)作模式,設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)的運(yùn)作思路提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,協(xié)調(diào)遍布各行業(yè)的再生資源企業(yè)間的交流,聯(lián)合各再生資源節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)形成高效運(yùn)作的供應(yīng)組織,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)再生資源產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)效益、社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。以再生資源和供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行、協(xié)調(diào)的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)再生資源供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作過程中存在障礙,對(duì)再生資源企業(yè)間的組織運(yùn)行模式和協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究。在廣泛瀏覽再生資源和供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,從再生資源回收利用流程入手,構(gòu)建和描述了再生資源供應(yīng)鏈的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),分析其供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間的相互關(guān)系和運(yùn)行過程。通過探討再生資源供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行過程中經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益、節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)與利益沖突問題,從再生資源產(chǎn)品的本質(zhì)屬性、企業(yè)間的合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系出發(fā)探究造成各種矛盾沖突的根本原因,并從總體上歸納了再生資源供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,提煉出運(yùn)行過程中的主要問題。根據(jù)再生資源屬性選擇了推拉式運(yùn)作模式,并以此為主導(dǎo)研究思想,對(duì)再生資源供應(yīng)鏈主體企業(yè)間進(jìn)行博弈分析,分別用回收企業(yè)聯(lián)合供應(yīng)和初、深加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量成本分?jǐn)偟姆绞?設(shè)計(jì)再生資源供應(yīng)鏈推拉式運(yùn)作下分階段的企業(yè)間定價(jià)協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,以廢鋼鐵的回收利用過程為例對(duì)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真,并從再生資源供應(yīng)鏈各關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)出發(fā)構(gòu)建一個(gè)劃分訪問權(quán)限層級(jí)的信息共享系統(tǒng)。研究表明供應(yīng)驅(qū)動(dòng)式的回收企業(yè)聯(lián)合定價(jià)和質(zhì)量成本在初、深加工企業(yè)間的線性分?jǐn)偪梢杂行f(xié)調(diào)再生資源供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間的沖突,實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的改善和運(yùn)行效益的提高,將傳統(tǒng)再生資源產(chǎn)業(yè)改造成更加適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求的新型行業(yè),在促進(jìn)廢棄物到資源的轉(zhuǎn)化的同時(shí)高度參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)大驅(qū)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of resource scarcity, the improvement of living environment and the increase of market competition, under the background of circular economy, there is an urgent need for renewable resource enterprises to change the traditional backward organization operation mode. Design scientific operation ideas to enhance their own competitiveness, coordinate the exchange of renewable resources enterprises all over the industry, unite the renewable resource node enterprises to form efficient supply organizations, and realize ecological benefits of renewable resources industry. Social and economic benefits. Based on the relevant theories of renewable resources and supply chain operation and coordination, this paper aims at the obstacles in the operation of renewable resources supply chain. This paper studies the organization operation mode and coordination mechanism among renewable resource enterprises. Based on the extensive review of the relevant theories of renewable resources and supply chain, this paper starts with the recycling process of renewable resources. This paper constructs and describes the network structure of the renewable resource supply chain, analyzes the interrelation and operation process among the supply chain node enterprises, and probes into the economic and ecological benefits in the operation of the renewable resource supply chain. On the basis of the essential attributes of renewable resource products and the relationship between cooperation and competition among enterprises, this paper explores the root causes of various contradictions and conflicts. The driving factors of supply chain coordination of renewable resources are summarized, and the main problems in the operation process are abstracted. According to the attributes of regenerated resources, the push-pull operation mode is selected, and it is the leading research idea. The game analysis between the main enterprises of the renewable resource supply chain is carried out, and the way of quality cost sharing between the recovery enterprise and the initial, deep processing enterprise is used respectively. Under the push-pull operation of renewable resource supply chain, the pricing coordination mechanism among enterprises is designed, and the model is numerically simulated with the recycling process of scrap iron and steel as an example. Based on the key control points of the renewable resource supply chain, an information sharing system with access authority levels is constructed. The linear allocation among the deep processing enterprises can effectively coordinate the conflicts between the enterprises in the renewable resource supply chain, and realize the improvement of the supply chain structure and the improvement of the operation efficiency. By transforming the traditional renewable resource industry into a new type of industry which is more suitable for the needs of social development, we can promote the transformation from waste to resources and participate in the market competition to obtain the competitive advantage, which will provide a powerful driving force for the development of circular economy.
