【摘要】：倉庫是物流中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，儲存功能相對于整個(gè)物流體系來說，既有緩沖與調(diào)節(jié)的作用，也有創(chuàng)值與增效的功能，而且倉庫環(huán)節(jié)運(yùn)作效率也影響著整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的效率和成本。倉庫布局問題是倉儲問題中重要的一環(huán)，布局問題中最主要的方面是利用存儲策略進(jìn)行貨位分配。合理的存儲策略不僅可以使倉庫的存取更有效率，同時(shí)也能大大降低訂單揀選和庫存盤點(diǎn)的難度，有效降低運(yùn)作成本。 本文主要對東風(fēng)本田武漢二廠沖壓科庫存區(qū)布局問題進(jìn)行研究。通過對工廠的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，將工廠面臨的問題歸結(jié)到了布局問題上。在尋找合適的存儲策略上，不僅要符合倉庫布局的基本原則，也考慮到汽車沖壓件品種多、規(guī)格相對較小的特性。本文使用了一種基于COI的改進(jìn)分類存儲策略，該存儲策略結(jié)合了定位存儲和分類存儲的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。圍繞該存儲策略，提出了解決工廠實(shí)際問題的流程。首先，對倉庫區(qū)進(jìn)行貨格劃分，，使得一個(gè)貨格對應(yīng)存放一種貨物。然后，把貨物按照COI值進(jìn)行分類，在倉庫中為每個(gè)類別劃分出對應(yīng)的區(qū)域。最后，在每一個(gè)分類區(qū)域當(dāng)中進(jìn)行定位存儲，即貨位分配，通過建立揀選成本最小化的數(shù)學(xué)模型來計(jì)算每種貨物具體對應(yīng)的貨位，這樣就完成了一種分類存儲和定位存儲結(jié)合的改進(jìn)存儲方案。通過結(jié)合實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算，得到了一個(gè)較優(yōu)的貨位分配結(jié)果，也提出了在每個(gè)貨格中實(shí)現(xiàn)先進(jìn)先出的參考方法。針對不確定因素的問題，提出了一些參考建議，比如在倉庫中預(yù)留緩沖區(qū)域來應(yīng)對突發(fā)狀況等。 本文通過實(shí)際的案例分析，對倉庫布局的研究具有廣泛的實(shí)踐意義，對相似的零部件制造企業(yè)有較好的借鑒作用，為類似企業(yè)在倉庫布局上提供了值得參考的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Warehouse is an important link in logistics. Compared with the whole logistics system, storage function has the functions of buffering and adjusting, creating value and increasing efficiency. The efficiency of warehouse operation also affects the efficiency and cost of the whole supply chain. The most important aspect of the layout problem is the use of storage strategy for the allocation of goods. Reasonable storage strategy can not only make warehouse access more efficient, but also greatly reduce the difficulty of order picking and inventory inventory, and effectively reduce the operation cost. This paper mainly studies the layout of stamping section inventory area in Dongfeng Honda Wuhan No.2 Plant. By analyzing the present situation of the factory, the problems faced by the factory are reduced to the layout problem. Not only should it conform to the basic principles of warehouse layout, but also take into account the large variety of automotive stamping parts and relatively small specifications. This paper uses an improved classification and storage strategy based on COI. The storage strategy combines the advantages of location storage and classified storage. Around the storage strategy, a process to solve the practical problems of the factory is proposed. Firstly, the warehouse area is divided so that a cargo box can store one kind of goods. The goods are classified according to the COI value, and each category is divided into corresponding areas in the warehouse. Finally, the goods are located and stored in each classified area, that is, the distribution of the goods. By establishing a mathematical model to minimize the picking cost to calculate the specific location of each cargo, an improved storage scheme combining classified storage with location storage is completed. In this paper, we get a better result of distribution of goods, and propose a reference method for realizing first-in-first-out in each cargo box. In view of the problem of uncertain factors, some reference suggestions are put forward. For example, in the warehouse reserved buffer area to deal with emergencies and so on. Through the actual case analysis, this paper has extensive practical significance to the warehouse layout research, has the good reference function to the similar parts manufacturing enterprise, has provided the worth reference theory basis for the similar enterprise in the warehouse layout.
